I've only had the car for less than a month and the odometer is currently showing 300+ miles on it.  The miles are mainly trips to the store, family outings, and mostly highway miles.  The car is basically brand new with no scratches or dings on the exterior or marks/blemishes or any imperfections in the interior.  Again, I've only had the car for less than a month.  My wife has decided that she wants a different vehicle, so our loss is your gain.  The same car is selling for $35,800+, not including taxes and dealer fees.  The price you pay here is all inclusive.  The title is clear and will be made available after I clear the balance at american honda financing.  Again, this is your opportunity to own a brand new car for thousands less than what the dealers would charge you.

Bonus:  I will be including the following items that are still new and in packaging, except for the mudguards which have already been installed.  The following items are all original OEM factory accessories (exept the fuel tank cover) that I bought separately to protect the car and I will be glad to include them in the sale.

1.  Body side moldings: NEW Valued at $282.50

2.  Door Edge Film: NEW Valued at $87.00

3.  Door Sill Trim:  NEW Valued at $192.00

4.  Splash Guard set: Installed Valued at $150.00

5.  Wheel Locks: NEW Valued at $79.00

6.  Door Pocket: NEW Valued at $28.00

7.  Stainless Steel Fuel Gas Tank Cover: NEW aftermarket, not OEM Valued at $16.00

8.  Rear Seat Covers: NEW OEM w/ Crosstour decal on the cover Valued at $243.00

* Also included is the standard 3 year factory Honda warranty.

* Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements.

* The vehicle is located in Alexandria, VA and available for viewing anytime.  Please send an e-mail first to schedule a time that works for both of us.

Thank you!

Honda Civic Tourer reminds us why we love wagons

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

It was the early 1990s when the last Honda Civic Wagon graced our shores, looking more like a squat five-door hatchback with an extra dose of charm. Well, Honda debuted the newest Civic Wagon Tourer at the Frankfurt Motor Show today, but, as we reported last month, it's a European model that will go on sale there early next year. There's still no word of it coming to the US.
The Civic Tourer was designed by Honda's European studio, and its overall look comes across as more muscular, sporty and stylish than both the sedan and two-door coupe, with bulging fenders and revised windows. Adrian Killham, large project leader for the Civic Tourer, has commented on the styling, saying, "Recently launched cars have tended to follow a similar style. The Civic Tourer has a different balance and appeal." We appreciate the sentiment, and the Tourer's shape is a big reason why we like it.
But we also like the 22 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats up, which grows to a gargantuan 59 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down. The big Civic will be powered by either a 1.8-liter four-cylinder petrol engine with i-VTEC or a 1.6-liter Earth Dreams i-DTEC diesel engine. Manual and automatic transmissions will be offered.

Sunday Drive: An automotive flavor for every taste

Sun, Feb 25 2018

Last week was flush with interesting new vehicle debuts, led by the new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. This crossover is entering straight into the heart of one of the world's most competitive automotive segments, and it's doing so with a fresh sense of style and a brace of new technologies. Our readers are clearly intrigued – the Santa Fe was the biggest news story of the last week on these online pages. It's fitting that a crossover generated a lot more interest than a traditional wagon, though we don't really have to be happy about it. Still, the completely new, fully redesigned Volvo V60 is worth taking another look at. First of all, it's pretty, in a traditionally Scandinavian way. Second, it's quick, with a 0-60 time of as little as 4.8 seconds. And finally, it's practical, with all kinds of room for cargo without the dynamic penalties of an unnecessary lift kit. Moving on from new vehicle debuts, we took another long look at the Honda Ridgeline. It's definitely a non-conformist pickup truck, based not on a body-on-frame platform but on a more carlike unibody design. That means it can't tow as much as some other trucks, but it also means the Ridgeline drives better than any of its more truckish competitors. It's the Swiss army knife of pickup trucks. Rounding out our coverage from last week are three sets of spy photos, each showing the interior of a hotly anticipated new model. One is a truck, one is a crossover, and the last is a sportscar. All of them are worth another look. As always, stay tuned to Autoblog this week for all the most important news in the automotive world. 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe unveiled 2019 Volvo V60 | Sleek, swift new twist on the Swedish wagon 2018 Honda Ridgeline | Pocketknife pickup is up for anything 2019 GMC Sierra interior looks just like the Silverado's 2019 Cadillac XT4 interior has actual buttons, no more touch-sensitive panel 2020 Porsche 911 992 spy shots show interior and manual transmission Cadillac GMC Honda Hyundai Porsche Volvo Truck Crossover Wagon Luxury Performance Sedan hyundai santa fe

Consumer Reports' first motorcycle reliability report finds Japanese brands ahead

Sat, 22 Feb 2014

Consumer Reports has released its first ever study of motorcycle reliability, and students of its ratings on cars might notice a suspicious similarity - Japanese brands require fewer repairs than the leading American or German brands.
The study analyzed the reliability of 4,680 bikes owned by CR subscribers and found that Yamaha had the best ratings, with just one in ten bikes built between 2009 and 2012 requiring a repair over a four-year period. The makers of the R1 and R6 sport bikes were closely followed by Kawasaki and Honda, while one out of every four of the rumbling bikes from Harley-Davidson experienced an issue. BMW had the worst rating of the brands represented, with one in three bikes having problems.
According to CR, neither Suzuki nor Triumph owners provided enough information for a reliable rating. Based on the responses received, though, Suzuki would have finished with the other Japanese brands and Triumph, being English, would have been one of the less reliable makes.
