2007 GMC ACADIA SLT
The car is very nice and clean. It has power everything including power liftgate, power sunroof and power moonroof shade. It has factory remote start. It runs and drives great. The engine was replaced by the Chevrolet Dealership about 3k miles ago. This was covered under warranty because of a bad timing chain that broke. The new $7500 engine comes with 3 year 100K warranty. The paint shines great with very minimal scratches and the leather looks good with no tears or cracks. The nearest airport is Charlotte Douglas and I can pick you up at no charge. I have both keys and both key fobs. The matching Michelin tires have over 50% remaining. I have service records including documents for new engine. On Oct-25-13 at 02:22:10 PDT, seller added the following information:THE ACADIA HAS THIRD ROW SEATING. On Oct-25-13 at 02:26:11 PDT, seller added the following information: The accident was from a deer and the deer won. You cant even tell it has ever had a bump up.I have paperwork from when car was repaired. |

GMC Canyon's jump seats innovate to keep kids safe [w/video]
Sat, 03 May 2014We dig simple solutions to problems. There's something highly gratifying about making a minute change to fix something, rather than tearing up the playbook. That's what GMC has done with the new Canyon midsize pickup.
When putting a car seat in, car seat manufacturers require that at least 80 percent of the seat's base fit on the bottom cushion. That's a big problem in extended-cab pickups like the Canyon, which feature jump seats with shorter bottom cushions, in place of the larger, more traditionally designed bench.
The Canyon gets around this with extendable jump seats - simply pop out the headrest and slot it into the bottom seat cushion, and the truck can now easily accommodate a child's seat.
Roadkill pits every project car against each other
Sat, 22 Feb 2014The guys behind Motor Trend's monthly Roadkill series have collected nine of their favorite project cars from their videos and pitted them against each other in a battle royale to determine a winner. It's 44 minutes long, but it's completely worth the investment of time.
The cars run the gamut from a 1973 Chevrolet Ramp Truck, a 1975 AMC Pacer and a legitimately impressive 1967 Chevy Camaro, and they are pitted against each other to see which is the fastest around an autocross course. The drivers include Roadkill's two hosts and Motor Trend's Johnny Lieberman and Carlos Lago. It's reminiscent of the best episodes of Top Gear and worth a watch.
So it's the weekend - the perfect time to relax. Grab your preferred beverage, get comfortable and enjoy 44 minutes of some seriously ratty but utterly cool project cars as they are throttled within an inch of their lives (or past it). Scroll down to check out the video.
