1965 - Ford Other on 2040-cars
Sylvania, Ohio, United States

1695 Cobra replica Yes this is a kit car and it's actually titled as a 2011 Shelby Cobra assembled vehicle through the state of Ohio. I get bored with cars easily so it's time for new ones. Body and chassis were manufactured by Classic Motor Carriages out of Miami Florida. I have all documentation and receipts for all the parts put into this car as needed through the state to legally title the car. Engine was a freshly rebuilt 302, stock rebuild because the car is so light! C4 automatic....we initially had a T5 in the car but the footwell was uncomfortable to drive it with a stick because of the lack of room, we converted it over to an automatic and now it's fun as hell to drive, also it'd be a great car for someone who CAN'T drive a stick but wants a little Hot Rod! Dyna-mat on the entire floor, chassis was painted with POR-15 then gloss black over top of that, new carpeting and interior, painless wiring harness, headers and pipes were coated and wrapped, Runs great, sounds amazing, looks stunning! I also have a roll bar for the car (I thought the look without it was cleaner) and a kit to ad side windows/curtains.

Drive Ford's new Mustang in Need For Speed Rivals
Mon, 16 Dec 2013If waiting for the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang to hit dealerships is just too tall of an order, you'll be happy to hear that there is now an alternative means of getting behind the wheel of America's favorite pony car. The Mustang is making its video game debut in Need For Speed Rivals.
"We worked closely with the development team at EA to provide them with engineering data for the new Mustang, several months before we showed it to the rest of the world," said Ford product licensing manager Mark Bentley. "Computer design models enabled the game developers to create an accurate representation of the new Mustang before it goes on sale."
Players will have access to five unique designs for the Mustang, allowing a degree of individuality beyond solid colors and decals. According to Digital Marketing Manager Andrea Zuehlk of Ford, those designs are drawn from the four most popular designs on the Mustang Customizer, an online, mobile and tablet app that allows the public to design their own custom Mustang. A fifth design, penned by drift racer Vaughn Gittin, Jr., is also available.
Fewest vehicles ever found eligible for Most American survey
Mon, 30 Jun 2014Once again, the most American car on the market is from an American brand. The Ford F-150 retained its number one spot in Cars.com's annual survey of the most American vehicles, trumping the Toyota Camry, which remains at number two.
Ford taking the top spot is small consolation, though, as the Detroit Three aren't too well represented here. General Motors scored a win at number seven, with the Chevrolet Corvette, while Chrysler squeaked in at number ten, with the Dodge Viper. Outside of those three vehicles, Toyota and Honda dominate the top ten.
What's most remarkable, though, is that there were so few cars available for this year's list.
Ford Australia goes miniature with Beachkhana 1.0 video
Tue, Mar 3 2015Ken Block's Gymkhana franchise may have started with Subaru, but it's most closely associated with Ford, which the rally star joined way back in 2010. That fruitful partnership has spawned a number of Gymkhanas, and Block even showed up to help introduce the new Focus RS. To honor this, Ford Australia has come up with an adorable parody (for lack of a better word), starring the hero Sun Block. Rather than a full-scale rally Fiesta piloted by a Vegemite-munching Aussie, though, Ford of Oz has gone tiny for its tribute. Really tiny. The product is Beachkhana 1.0 – Wild on the Beaches of Australia, is a funky little stop-motion feature using tiny, 1:43-scale cars in much the same manner as Mr. Block drives his Fiesta rally car. It even pokes some fun at Mercedes-Benz's hilarious Magic Body Control ad. Check it out.
