Test Drives and
Vehicle Viewings:
All vehicle
test drives and showings are by appointment only, please notify us
at least 24 hours prior to desired time to make an appointment.
Buyer Pre and After Sale
Inspection:
We recommend and
highly encourage buyers to personally pick up and inspect vehicle. We welcome and
encourage a buyers inspection either buyer, relative,
Friend or a 3rd party may come and inspect vehicle . If you plan to
have a buyers inspection, please make sure
you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending or after.
Inspection fees if
any are Buyers responsibility.
Vehicle

therefore may have imperfections such as dings, chips, light
scratches, and other wear and tear evidence. Please understand that
according to age and mileage of vehicles this will vary. We include
over 50 pictures of each vehicle to help show the condition of our

Titles:
We guarantee
clean, clear, and lien free titles on all our vehicles unless
otherwise stated in the listings. All mileage
stated is actual unless otherwise noted in the listing. Please
understand that the mileage may be higher at time of delivery due to
test drives and transportation. An Odometer Disclosure Statement
will be included in your sales documents. In the state of Texas
dealer title work can take up to 20 business days. All buyers will
receive a temporary license plate which is good for 3 weeks. We hold
all titles 10 - 14 days after payment. titles will be mailed out via
usps certified mailing with return receipts.
Shipping and
Transportation:
We are willing
to help with any feasible shipping or delivery arrangements that the
buyer may wish to arrange. Please understand that we will arrange
shipping for you as a value added service only. We do not have any
affiliation with any shippers or transporters. We also provide
complementary airport transportation from Dallas Fort Worth DFW
International Airport to our facility with arrangement. when we are
able too or if we have the right staff to do so. please confirm with
us before arriving if we are able to do so at that time. *Buyer
is responsible for all shipping charges . we do not pay for any
shipping charges for any reason.
Storage Terms:
we will hold or store your
vehicle that you bought for you for a period of 5-7 days for
free until you arrange shipping or for you to come and get the
vehicle, if you need more time let us know and we will be happy to
do so. but as long as the car in our lot please get your insurance
to cover the vehicle while its stored in our place, our place its
open lot and we have no covered storage. so please make sure your
car is insured by your own insurance. we are not responsible for the
vehicle while it stored.

Manufacturer's warranty is a vehicle manufacturer promises to stand
by its product and asserts that the manner in which the car was made
and the materials used to make it are free from defects. A typical
manufacturer's warranty lasts 3 years or 36,000 miles and some care
are 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever
comes first. (

The manufacturer's warranty is a guarantee that the
manufacturer will make any necessary repairs due to defective
materials used or improper manufacturing, at no charge to the owner.

Ace Motor Group or its agents for errors or omissions in
this information. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify
coverage and expiration dates via the vehicle manufacturer. We do
offer Services Contracts / Mechanical Breakdown Protection plans on
many of our vehicles that are services and sold by third party
warranty company's and are not administrated by Ace Motor Group LLc.
These warranties are accepted by most authorized service
centers and new car franchise dealerships nationwide. Details and
prices on our complete line of warranties and service agreements are
available upon request.
Buyer's Guide:
This vehicle is
being sold AS/IS WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties written
or implied. As required by federal law an AS-IS Buyer's Guide well
be included sales documents and must be signed and accepted by
buyer.
Payment Terms:
Bidders must seek pre-approval and commitment from a lender before
making a bid. The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00
non-refundable deposit via PayPal within 2 business days of the
close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay

copying costs for out of state buyers. And a Vehicle Inventory Tax
which is only 0.002665% of the sales price, for example: $10,000
purchase = $26.65 V.I.T. Tax. Texas residents must pay 6.25% sales
tax and all other applicable Texas fees and taxes. Out of state
buyers are responsible for their local state taxes and title
transfer fees, which should be paid within.

The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value." Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda. J Mays, head of design at Ford, may be retiring from the company after 16 years, but not before showing the world his swan song: the 2015 Mustang. Ford officially revealed its new coupe and convertible to the public at events around the world on Thursday, including a live unveiling on ABC's Good Morning America, and Mays was in attendance at the automaker's home event in Dearborn, MI, which is where we caught up with him for a few words about his new baby. "It's a joy" to design the Mustang, Mays told Autoblog, adding that this sixth-generation coupe is his "favorite design so far." Of course, the 2015 model takes cues from all of the generations that came before it, but Mays said it was important to edit down the specific elements from previous models, leaving just enough off to let the customer "participate and fill in the blanks." "If it doesn't sell itself, you probably aren't a Mustang fan."

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is opening a preliminary evaluation into reports of suddenly failing headlights on 517,945 examples of the 2003-2005 Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis. The government started looking into this problem in April when the North Carolina Consumers Council filed a defect petition with the agency. Now, the inquiry has moved to the next step. According to NHTSA's documentation (as a PDF), it examined its own database and worked with Ford to come up with a total of 3,609 complaints of the front lighting control module suddenly failing. When this happens, drivers lose the low-beam headlights, but the high-beams can be used by holding the stalk. Sometimes turning the switch off and on fixes the issue. Additionally, there are 15 allegations of crashes, and one reported shoulder injury. NHTSA's preliminary evaluations "evaluate the scope, frequency, and consequence of the alleged defect" and don't necessarily lead to a recall. NHTSA looked into this problem once before in 2008 and 2009 and decided that a recall wasn't necessary. Ford also extended the warranty on the front lighting control module for these vehicles. The complaints indicate failures of both low beam headlights typically while driving, a defect condition that was evaluated under a prior ODI investigation (PE08066). Most consumer VOQs indicate that the headlights failed suddenly and without warning leaving the driver with no forward lighting, however some report the headlights flickered or dimmed prior to turning off. In some cases drivers were able to turn the headlights back on after a period of time while others reported the headlights would not come back on at all.
