Up for sale is a first year 1968 Ford Torino Fastback GT - High Performance 302 Boss V8
I own a fleet of vintage cars used for weddings and movies, this was our advertising car that we are selling to replace with a 1940s truck. It has been inspected and gone through top to bottom and is in amazing shape.

All photos have been taken in the last 7 days. Paint is in excellent shape. No rust period. Hood was just repainted this week.
Under the car is in excellent shape as well minus one rust spot that has no effect on the condition of the car. The car has no leaks and runs like a clock. Starts right up, idles perfectly, shifts perfectly. Sounds amazing and is a BEAST with nothing but high performance upgrades to the engine.

Engine Rebuilt -  10k miles ago
Transmission Rebuilt - 10k miles ago
High Performance Cams , Lifters, Plugs, Wires, Headers, Exhaust, Intake - 6 months or less ago
All seals replaced - Last week
Full Dyno Tune - Last week
Runs Like a Clock - Always

This car made a trip from Charleston SC, to Cleveland, OH and back in the last month. 800 mile trip each way without a single issue.

This car turns heads everywhere it goes and is an absolutely beautiful car. Don't miss a chance to own this beauty.

We spy the Ford Mustang King Cobra early at SEMA

Tue, 04 Nov 2014

As is the case with most auto shows, waiting for the reveal of hot new models is the worst part. So, while our own Drew Phillips has been wandering the halls here in Las Vegas since they unlocked the doors for SEMA 2014, we didn't expect him to come back with any big reveals until later in the day. Until this happened.
Meandering by the Ford stand, Phillips eagle-eyed a trunk lid that caught his attention. Popping out from an otherwise draped 2015 Mustang, the matte black lid clearly has the name King Cobra embossed on the rear.
That name is interesting for a few reasons: to start, Ford hasn't used the Cobra name (without "Jet" attached) since way back in 2004, so a new snake is certainly something to take note of. Second, the King Cobra name dates all the way back to the ill-remembered Mustang II, meaning there is a clear link to Blue Oval history here.

How that awesome Mustang R/C car chase vid was made

Tue, 06 Aug 2013

We've reported on a few R/C car chase videos in the past. One in particular that stands out as a favorite is Zach King's "The Cliché RC Action Chase." It featured a pair of Ford Mustang coupes racing through a cardboard city, plowing into outdoor patios and busting through construction zones. It was wonderfully creative and fun to watch, yet we know there was more to its creation than a bunch of guys fooling around with a camera one afternoon.
Turns out we were right, as evidenced by this video produced by Ford that takes us behind the scenes of Zach's creation. The young filmmaker explains why he chose the Mustang to star in his video, as well as how the cardboard sets were created, what equipment they used for shooting and what it was like when his video went viral. Ford found the young filmmaker and produced the followup as part of its Mustang Countdown video series, which will see a new video about the Mustang culture released every week until the original muscle car's anniversary on April 17, 2014.
Want to make an RC chase video of your own? Yeah, we do too. Watch the behind-the-scenes video below (you can refresh yourself on the mini feature film, too) before you get started.
