Up for auction is a barn find 1956 T-BIRD deluxe: this car was parked in 1970 and has set in a barn for years. the car has the rare contential kit, power windows, fordomatic od tranny, pos action wipers, power steering, 4 way power seats, backup lights and windsheild washer. this car looks to be complete and in very decent shape to be 57 years old. the tires are new old stock and correct for this year car. i have not tried starting this car and i purchased it as is as you see it in pic's. it does have some rust as seen in pic's but is very restorable. the purchase price was $3040.71 and i have the window sheet with the info.

How Ford hid the 2015 Mustang from spy photographers
Fri, 20 Dec 2013Now that we've finally seen the 2015 Ford Mustang, it's fun to go back and look at the spy shots we spent months pouring over, trying to dissect what was under all the camouflage. For the most part, Ford did a good job of concealing the car from spy photographers, and it released a video showing how much work went into doing so.
As crude as the Mustang's camo looked, all of the hard plastic, foam, vinyl and ratchet straps were actually created and put in place by a specific design team. The whole idea was to hide the car's identity, but it certainly ended up acting as a magnet for attention, too. According to Ford's press release, it took less than an hour for spy shots to appear online after the car was taken on public roads for the very first time - this is likely in reference to our first official spy shots of the Mustang from June, shown in the gallery below.

It appears that the chatter about Ford CEO Alan Mulally possibly leaving early to take over as CEO of Microsoft is losing air pretty fast. What's pretty interesting is that it got any traction in the first place.

Of all the OEMs making appearances at the 2014 SEMA show, Ford owns arguably the most significant group of vehicles, thanks to its new 2015 F-150 and Mustang. While you can look for our Mustang coverage soon, we've managed to sneak out and get snaps of some of a few of the F-150s on display at the company's sprawling, 20,000-square-foot display (look for even more aftermarket F-150 goodness in the coming days).
