Vehicle was purchased from Amos Minter Thunderbird's, Dallas, TX May 17, 2001. It was professional inspected and selected & brought to first class condition. When purchased it had one repaint & has not been frame off restored. It is original. We repainted her in July 2009. The paint was taken off to bare metal & the body is perfect, no wrecks or body work ever needed and not one rust spot on the entire body. Vintage heat & air was installed in 2009 as well as upgraded radio & cassette player. We have the original Town & Country radio & heater boxed & will go with the new owner. The car has been garaged & covered, has not been driven in the rain or been washed; only waxed & detailed for the shows. The mileage at purchase was 53143 & is now 59800.

Which car companies are creating new jobs in America?
Fri, Sep 22 2017Since January, automakers have announced investments totaling $9.5 billion in U.S. plants, creating or retaining more than 12,000 jobs. Some of those companies have yet to announce just how many jobs will be created given their investments, with the location of many of those jobs still to be determined. Specifically, the 4,000-job Toyota-Mazda joint venture plant still hasn't announced its location, with numerous states jockeying for it. Hyundai has plans to invest $1 billion but has not announced a jobs number yet. And likewise Ford is investing $1.2 billion in Michigan without specifying a number of jobs. Volvo this week announced plans to add a second line to its factory under construction in South Carolina, spending another $500 million and adding 2,500 jobs to the 2,000 it was already trying to fill. Then Thursday, Daimler announced a $1 billion expansion to its facility in Tuscaloosa, Ala., to produce EV batteries and electric SUVs, a move that will add 600 jobs to its hiring this year. This newest Mustang, however - making the biggest changes we've seen to the pony car since perhaps 1964.5 - is something Ford has been introducing all year.
We went on a Deep Dive, covered the way it looks when it was revealed, detailed the engine specs, got a ride in the EcoBoost and listened to the V8, got rolling footage and watched it do a standard-feature burnout.
The only thing left to do? Drive it. Having now done so for a few hours around Los Angeles, what we can tell you is to forget everything you know about the Mustang. This new car shames the old, redefines the model and gallops far ahead of anything else in the segment.
