Ford of Europe celebrates Mondeo's 20th anniversary

Ford's European operations are celebrating a milestone of sorts as the Mondeo, the Blue Oval's bread-and-butter D-segment sedan in the old country, celebrates its 20th anniversary. The mid-sizer, which was sold in the US for a short time as the Contour, has been a far more popular vehicle in Europe - even receiving regular praise from one Jeremy Clarkson.
Narrated by Cockney actor Ray Winstone, the video goes through the Mondeo's years and how it's evolved from 1993 to the as-yet-unreleased fifth-generation model, which is essentially the same as the Ford Fusion that's sold in America. Take a look below for the full video from Ford of Europe.

Mercury rises around sexy Cougar pack

With a slightly larger body and a more luxurious interior, the Mercury Cougar doesn't carry quite as much cachet among pony car enthusiasts as the venerable Ford Mustang. But don't try to make that argument around Cougar super-fan Mike Brown. Since starting his Cougar collecting in 1988, Brown has become an absolute expert on the model, and he claims to have owned 400 of the Mercury pony cars in that time. Ten of them are in his collection today, not to mention a heap of spare parts in the garage. 2015 Ford Mustang stars in bizarrely awesome '80s aerobics video

For reasons we can't comprehend, here's a music video starring the all-new, 2015 Ford Mustang and a number of dancers dressed and styled in the most stereotypically 1980s way possible. The dancers then take part in a male-versus-female dance off. Again, we've no idea why it exists.
It's weird, and for the second time in two weeks, we're sat at our computer wondering, "What are we watching?" That said, it does show the new Mustang from a number of angles, and it's one of the first car-related YouTube videos we've seen that's available in a 4K, ultra-high-def stream.
