This great side panel F1 was part of Fords first F series line using a non-car frame.
Garage kept for the past 5 years
Wonderful looks up front give a stlye that sets this truck apart from the cookie cutter styles of the modern trucks on the streets today. Chromed front grill, bumpers, spears, and running boards , give the truck that extra pop.
The owner of this pick up has spent over $9000. in upgrades in the past year. We have installed Classic Auto Air and heat, installed an all new front suspension with power steering anddisc brakes. We also installed a new radio, steering column, and so much more. He has kept the truck gargaed for the past 6 years he has owned it.
Actual True Spoke wheels set the truck apart from the others out there with just spoke hub caps.
This truck needs little more to bring it to show quality.
A wooden Grant steering wheel looks perfect amongst the chrome inside the cab.
There have been many chrome accents added through out the cab.
Really nice cloth headliner makes the cab yet even more cozy.
The wood railed truck bed gives another classy look from the ordinary metal beds running around. It is in need of refinishing.
Normally the F1 came only in a manual version only, however you can see with this resto, the B&M auto shifter is clearly visable.
Reinforced frame work underneath helps give this little truck a very nice ride.
Cherry bomb mufflers give the sweet sound given as you drive around.

Ford is rumored to be considering concurrent production for old and new F-150 models in a bid to minimize supply chain disruptions and inventory. Automotive News is reporting that the Blue Oval will build both the current F-150 and its replacement, which we showed you testing just last month, side by side for about half a year before switching over entirely to next-generation production. As IHS Automotive analyst Mike Jackson told AN, "In order to ramp up, you have to retool...and that means you have to take capacity offline." Building both models alongside could allow Ford to cope with the still strong demand for the current F-150, while populating dealer supplies and working out supply chain kinks for the new model before making a full-time switch. A loss of capacity when demand is so strong, even for a short period, could spell bad news for Ford, which nets an estimated 90 percent of its global profit on pickups and large SUVs. As AN states, Ford produces the F-150 in both Kansas City, Missouri and Dearborn, Michigan, which allows it to maintain some degree of flexibility in production. The new F-150 is expected to arrive at the 2014 North American International Auto Show as a 2015 model, with a design inspired by the Atlas Concept first shown at the Detroit Auto Show last January.
Just in time for the holidays: Ford took the 2015 Mustang to Route 66 to cook up rolling footage, and we've been given some of the leftovers ahead of the meal. There are no burnouts, no donuts, no revving, and thankfully, no music. It's just two minutes and 26 seconds of the new pony car running free in the desert. So in case you needed more visualizing help, the video below will help you start imagining how you'll look in your 2014 Christmas present to yourself...
Top Gear is returning on March 5, and after a lackluster first series with the new hosts, the new group seems determined not to hit a sophomore slump. Chris Evans is gone, and the latest teaser trailer shows the new trio of Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris, and Rory Reid strapped into some pretty fantastic cars, including the Bugatti Chiron and the Ford GT. All of the typical Top Gear segments appear to be present, though the quick cuts don't give us many details. The trailer shows a copious amount of powerslides from an assortment of cars, and even Chris Harris racing around Daytona. Aside from the Bugatti and Ford, cars from Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Aston Martin, and Alfa Romeo are all present. Co-hosts Eddie Jordan and Sabine Schmitz don't appear at all, so it seems their roles may be downplayed to focus on three guys, as was the case pre-reboot. We have some hope for this re-relaunched show and will be keeping an eye out for more details in the lead-up to the series premiere.
