This Rat-rod starter project has a rolling chassis.  The cab is solid; the box is also solid with new parts.  Doors open and close nicely.  The tailgate works and the tires are ok.  It's good rod material with a 364 Buick nailhead motor (motor is frozen) and automatic transmission.  Mostly complete, this truck wouldn't be hard to finish.  It also comes with a clear title in my name.  This truck has been brush-painted, but there is no bondo in this truck at all.  Please call Joe (920) 757-9917 with any questions.  Buyer to contact Joe by phone with any questions and arrange for pickup.  Pickup arrangements need to be set within 3 days of auction end.  Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs.  a non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 3 days of auction end and payment in full is due within 10 days of auction end.  I reserve the right to end this auction at anytime.

2015 Ford Mustang to make world debut on Dec. 5 [w/video]

Between a bevvy of spy shots, speculative renders and insidery images from the halls of Car and Driver, we've got a pretty decent idea of what the 2015 Ford Mustang might look like. Still, we're excited to see the real deal as soon as possible.
Turns out that Ford has told us just when that first official look might come, too, although it has chosen somewhat of a backdoor fashion for dropping the news.
The video below popped up on the Ford Mustang YouTube channel this morning, promoting a social media effort called #MustangInspires on. The video and hashtag ask fans of the pony car to share pictures of the car - or "photographic stories of inspiration" - on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. But the truly interesting part of the video description is that which mentions taking "the cover off the all-new Mustang" on December 5. Consider our calendars marked.

Ford Recalls '13 Escape For 11th Time

Only in dealer showrooms for two years now, the 2013 Ford Escape has already been recalled for safety hazards 11 times. The most recent recall for the beleaguered vehicle came Friday, when the company announced it was recalling almost 160,000 Escapes and Focus ST hatchbacks from the '13 and '14 model years because of a wiring problem that could cause the engine to stall. Caused by a faulty wiring harness, Ford said the defect could result in reduced power, hesitation or outright stalling. The company said it knew of no crashes or injuries caused by the flaw. Customers affected will be notified by mail. It was the latest problem for a vehicle beset by recalls from the moment it started rolling off the assembly lines. Starting on July 6, 2012, the '13 Escapes have been recalled for an assortment of problems, including multiple hazards with fuel lines that could result in engine fires, fluid leaks in the engine that could also result in fires, problems with engines overheating, delays in airbags deploying and more.
