You are bidding on a 1932 Ford Panel/fruit vendors truck. This truck is NOT running and has not as long as I have owned it. I was told that it was running about 15 years ago when I purchased it. It has been stored inside ever since I bought the truck. The chassis # is 5239472. The engine # is A502159. The pictures pretty much tell the story. This truck could use a complete restoration or can be left in it's rough state. Engine and drivetrain appear to be complete. All tires hold air except one, one extra tire included with truck. There is rot in some of the wood. This does have front doors but they are not on the truck because of rotten wood, they were falling off. The body on this truck was built by the Crown Body Co. or Los Angeles, CA. At one point in time this truck was used as a billboard with lighted panels installed, these could easily be removed. Truck is being purchased where is/ as is. I can help with loading. Truck comes with a clear UT title, truck is located in Logan, Utah. Please email me with any questions. Barrett-Jackson 2014: First production 2015 Ford Mustang earns $300k for JDRF [w/video]

We've almost become immune to the huge dollar amounts that collectible cars earn for charity at Barrett-Jackson. To wit, $300,000 for the first production 2015 Ford Mustang initially didn't seem like very much money. In reality, though, it's probably about 10 times the actual asking price for the car, and we're pleased to report that 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
According to Ford, the car's winning bidder will get to "choose a fastback with manual or automatic transmission, and any interior, exterior and stripe color combination offered by Ford on the all-new Mustang." Power will come from a slightly revised version of the well-known 5.0-liter V8 engine that will produce "more than 420hp and 396 pound-feet of torque."

And the Top Gear UK Cars of the Year for 2013 are...

Those loony Brits at Top Gear have named their Car of the Year, and if you're thinking it's the McLaren P1, Jaguar F-Type, Land Rover Range Rover Sport or Rolls-Royce Wraith, we're sorry to inform you that none of those Anglo automobiles earned the crown. In fact, the winner of Top Gear's most prestigious award is quite the surprise.
Of course, those cars weren't without their own awards. The P1 was the top hypercar (sorry, Porsche 918 and Ferrari LaFerrari), while the F-Type netted best convertible and the Range Rover Sport was voted SUV of the Year. Other honorable mentions included the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black and S-Class, the Porsche 911 GT3, the BMW i3 and the Ferrari 458 Speciale. The winner, though, wasn't even a high-dollar supercar. It was the Ford Fiesta ST.
Yes, the Fiesta ST beat out some off-the-wall cars like the revolutionary Volkswagen XL1 and the bonkers Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak, not to mention all the cars we listed above, to take the title of Top Gear Car of the Year. And if you've driven one, you'll completely understand why.
