You are looking at a real True California Traditional Hot Rod! This 1932 Roadster Pickup has that "Kustom Kulture Look" with just the right amount of patina. The body is straight and solid overall, with the doors welded shut. The interior is bare bones but very comfortable (see pics). It starts, drives and stops very well. It has a 1964 Buick Wildcat 401 Nailhead bored 30 over. 445 ft pounds of torqe. 12V wiring harness conversion with GM 80 amp two wire alternator. The original Turbo Hydramatic 400 Switch Pitch transmission is hooked up to a
toggle switch on the dash and changes stall speed from 1800 to 3000 with the flick of the switch.

A lowered ride with a Z'd frame, Coil springs w/shocks, split Ford wishbones, and panhard bar suspension. 5 on 5 Torino 9 inch rear with huge Talladega finned drum brakes . Up front we have Cowl Steering, Split wishbones So-Cal mono leaf, shorty shocks, pan hard bar, early Ford spindles with Ford disc brakes. Daggo 4inch Dropped and Drilled 47" axel. The open drive line has a new drive shaft. New Firestone bias 7.10-15 wide white walls in the rear, Firestone bias 6.70-15 white walls up front. Built solid like Johnny Cash "One piece at a time". The bed and chassis started life as a 1949 dodge and is titled so. Clear title and visible Vin#. This Roadster has many new and upgraded parts, well over 18K invested! 2015 Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival

Considered the big kick off of the major festivities surrounding Monterey Car Week, this year's Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival certainly didn't disappoint. For those unable to make it to the California coast, our own Drew Phillips was on hand to snap some of the beautiful vehicles on display for this gorgeous gallery. Held annually at the Monterey Jet Center, the event is always a feast for the eyes by collecting planes, a gang of exotic supercars, and some the top cars crossing the auction block over the coming days, like a Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda convertible. The Ford GT both new and old was a major attendee at this year's party. Among them, the Petersen Museum brought along an original racecar and a GT40 MKIII to promote an upcoming exhibit. The classics were complimented by the latest version that has continued to keep tongues wagging. The GT wasn't the only classic with a modern update there. Singer used the posh event for the North American debut of its stunning restoration of the Porsche 911 Targa. Shelby American was also at the revival for the public unveiling of the 50th Anniversary Daytona Coupe. On the more modern front, Honda was in attendance with the future NSX and one of the McLaren F1 cars that the company's engine powers. For further proof of the ritzy folks that attend this soiree, Pagani and Koenigsegg both had stands to show off their extremely quick wares.

A tribute to William Clay Ford

The passing of William Clay Ford has been a big event for the company he spent most of his life helping run. Ford spent 57 years working for his family's company. Considering the Blue Oval has been around for over 100 years, WCF's passing is the end of an era for the Dearborn-based manufacturer.
Ford's YouTube channel has issued a short memorial video highlighting the life of the longest-lived grandson of company founder Henry Ford. It follows William Clay from his time as a boy, showing him alongside his grandfather, through his younger years, and into his twilight, as the patriarch of the Ford family.
