This is 93 Cobra Clone teal in color. This car is actually a 88GT dressed up like a 93 Cobra. This is an original V8 car. Let me start by saying this car is not in perfect shape however it is a solid car. I bought this not long ago however the wife and I have decided some of my toys have to go because I have to many. So up for auction this goes. This car is 26 years old so it can be classified as an antique. The title is clear as well. Body is teal in color with grey interior. Hatch shocks still hold hatch up in the rear. Body- Car has cobra front bumper, grill insert, I believe a 3 inch cowl hood, cobra wing, cobra tail lights and emblems Wheels- Cobra wheels 17x8 with run flat tires Interior- Grey with black carpet with cobra pedals, Triple gauge pod A pillar Drivetran- C4 auto with B&M quick silver rachet shifter, 8.8 rear end Motor- stock 302 with 50k miles, Edelbrock 4 barrel 600 carburetor, Edelbrock lower intake, Msd coil, Ford Powered valve covers, Holly fuel pump mechanical which will support up to 600+ hp and electric fan Exhaust- stock headers, H pipe, what I believe is Mac mufflers but not sure on that and chrome tail pipes The car will comes with some new items on it as listed -New Serpatine belt -New Alternator -New plugs -New wires -Newly rebuilt 8.8 rear end -New front struts -New upper radiator hose Now for the bad about the car. As you can see it really does need a paint job as the passenger side is peeling off. Someone before me painted the car and didn't primer it correctly. Also the person before me had gauges in the car and removed them when I bought it and had the gas, temp and volts gauge hooked up so the gas and temp gauge doesn't work on the instrument panel and ive been driving it like that. The car has around 186k miles on the body, body is in actually good shape. Horn doesn't beep. Found a drip on a transmission line. A donor motor with 50k miles was pulled from a wreck car and placed in. Ive cleaned the carburetor out and found some debris which means its possible in the gas tank there is some kind of trash floating. Interior needs some attention as there are some stains and pieces that need to be addressed to be perfect. Performance parts include -Edelbrock 4 barrel 600 intake -Edelbrock lower intake -Msd coil -Holley mechanical fuel pump -H pipe -Mac mufflers I believe but not sure -B&M rachet quick silver shifter -Powered by Ford Valve covers Car is a beautiful car as is but does need some hands on TLC to be perfect. Im sure there are things that I am forgetting and ill try to update the info if theres anything else I remember. You the buyer are responsible for having the car picked up after auction ends. There is no reserve on this auction, happy bidding! Please message me for any further questions. thanks |

Ford is building this sweet back-to-basics SUV in Brazil
Mon, 02 Jun 2014We're use to forbidden fruit teasing us in Europe. Hatchbacks and diesels from Renault, Citroën, Peugeot, Skoda, SEAT and Alfa Romeo have been a regular torment that we've grown accustomed to over the years. This vehicle, though, is one piece of forbidden fruit we aren't entirely sure we can get over. We need it.
It's called the Ford Troller T4, and if you accidentally read that as either "reborn Ford Bronco" or "Americanized Land Rover Defender," we wouldn't be rushing to correct you. It's a basic, badass SUV, and is the first new vehicle to come from Troller since Ford gobbled it up in 2007. For those with longer memories, you'll recognize this vehicle from the concept that preceded it, the Ford T-R Concept. The production model remains remarkably true to the T-R, as well as past Trollers, but it's a slightly more modern look overall, with LED taillights, contrasting colors
You'll have to bear with us on the details, as we've been forced to rely on the notoriously literal Google Translate to convert the original Portuguese into English, which means some of the details were lost along the way.
2015 Ford Focus
Tue, 14 Oct 2014Sitting down at the pre-drive briefing with Ford engineers ahead of sampling the refreshed 2015 Focus, water bottles clinked as we wet our whistles before Q&A. While pouring a glass, we noticed something stamped on the bottle label: "1L." One liter. We were palming the exact displacement of the EcoBoost engine our group was about to drive. This was undoubtedly coincidence (such bottles litter every conference and dinner table in Europe) but it served to drive home just how small the total swept volume of Ford's wunderkind powerplant really is. It's tiny.
Of course, this isn't our first run-in with the little triple - we've sampled its turbocharged charms before in Ford's smaller Fiesta. At that time, we found it had plenty of poke for the subcompact, but the larger C-segment Focus carries around another 450 pounds or so and pushes a wider profile through the air. Would the three-cylinder have the stuffing to make the most of the Focus' athletic chassis, or would it be a letdown? Would it be the same as it was when we tested it in a Euro-spec Focus a couple of years ago? There was nothing left for it but to head out on the bucolic roads surrounding Versailles the day after the Paris Motor Show and find out for ourselves.
Man turns Ford Fiesta into a one-car band
Mon, 18 Nov 2013The one-man band is a rather ridiculous idea, drawing up images of one person attempting to manipulate several instruments, at once, in a vain attempt at creating music. It's usually represented by silly scenes like this. Interestingly, the concept isn't much more successful when the "man" in "one-man band" is replaced with "car," as we see in this video.
It seems that someone rigged up and edited (699 times, we might add) a Ford Fiesta, a bucket, 12 PVC pipes and the natural sounds that a car makes to come up with a song. Now, we don't recognize the tune, so we've no idea if this is a cover or an original piece. And while it's hardly Beethoven, we have to admire the amount of effort the "conductor" went to in his attempt to turn a subcompact car into a musical instrument(s). Take a look (or listen) below for the entire video.
