I am selling my Stang,

Up for Sale is my lovely  2006 V6 Screaming Yellow Ford Mustang Gt Clone with LOTS of Extras.

the car is in GREAT shape and gets more turned heads , comments/compliments than any car I have ever owned or seen.

This is a GREAT car mechanically and visually.

the car has 97xxx miles on it and is my daily driver so it may increase a very little before purchase.

here is a list of all modifications

Tinted Windows

Upper Billet Grille

8000k HID (low beam)

VIPER Alarm System

K&N Cold Air Intake System

Sequential Tail Lights

LED Dome Lights

LED Lights Under Dash (driver & passenger)

Sherwood Dash Kit

Locking Gas Cap

GT front Bumper & grille with fogs

GT side Skirts

GT Rear bumper

true Dual exhaust straight pipes to flowmasters

GT emblems Fenders / Trunk Lid

Painted to match mirrors

Painted to match window louvers

Vinyl Lettering in door sils , on thrid brake light , side marker lights , on break lights as outlines

at this time that is everything i can think of.

this mustang is my daily driver it will have typical wear in the typical places.

steering wheel has some wear , radio buttons has some wear , few scratches on the car from highway rocks . one decent scratch on the passenger door from lawn service cutting grass close to my car. (bought me touch up for it)

there is a big mark on the backseat floor behind the passenger seat from liquid detergent being bought at the store and leaked onto the carpet.

driver seat has the typical wear from in and out.

tint is has small bubbles on rear window and is scratched on both passenger and driver window from the up and down.

Emergency brake line is broken. e-brake does not work , its pretty exspensive to fix and was not a top priority for me since I park on flat surfaces.

Tires are like NEW i bought them from tire discoutners here in my town and also purchased the warranty for every tire which is transferrable to any owner of the car.

rims do have scuffs since I started letting my wife drive the car and park it next to the curb.

front brakes are ok but squeak due to cheap material.

rear brakes are perfect.

rotors all around are original and could use re surfacing but is not a must.

all oil changes , fluid changes and work done has been professionally done by ford or valvoline.

windsheild wipers could be replaced but do work just fine.

there is NO problems with anything under the hood  mechanically or electrically.

just had the oild changed yesterday along with fuel tank cleaning and throttle body cleaning.

cold air intake filter was also cleaned / recharged at the same time.

you can have your own private inspection scheduled for the car if you would like.

no joy rides.

the car is great runs great and looks great.

It looks like a GT sounds like a GT and will be mistaken for a GT unless you pop the hood or tell them yourself. why pay for GT insurance or gas mileage ? when you can own this ? looks are everything street racing is illegal anyways and the tickets are NOT worth it.

Ido understand this is Ebay and that people want a good price on things when coming to ebay. but I am NOT giving my car away , ok ? so I reserve the right to Cancel this auction at ANY time if the price does not reach my preferred reserve.

I am an HONEST person I have tried to list and Indicate everything with the car.

Also I DO have the original front bumper (without grille) and the rear bumper that I will include if you want it.

ANY QUESTION PLEASE ASK

On May-26-13 at 23:17:25 PDT, seller added the following information:

there is 2 keys included and 2 of the original remotes for the factory alarm.    there is also 2 remotes for the Viper alarm 1 is a 2 way remote that has been beaten and battered but still works and the other is just a one way without notifications.

the speaker grills on both doors and had the mesh cut out for a project I was working on but never finished.

the TPMS system was removed when the new tires were purchased. I do not have them and didn't like having them. you can purchase them yourself and have them reinstalled.

just a few things I have come across as the time has passed since I listed the car.

Shelby GT500 and Roush Stage 3 go head to head at the drag strip

Wed, 07 Aug 2013

The Ford Mustang is a brilliantly affordable source of horsepower, with a base 300-plus-horsepower version available for well under $30,000. Jumping up to about $35,000 will get you a solid 420 horsepower from a high-revving V8, while those with some extra disposable income can get a pair of 600-plus-horsepower monsters. Both the Roush Stage 3 with its Phase 3 package and Ford's factory Shelby GT500 even crest the 650-horsepower mark, with 675 and 662 ponies, respectively.
Naturally, someone needed to find out which of these hi-po Mustangs was the quickest. And while this video is quite obviously a dealership commercial, at least there's some solid drag racing between two of the most powerful performance machines available for under $100,000.
With two NHRA drag racers at the wheel, the Stage 3 and GT500 go head to head for three races. Scroll down below to see the results in the full video.

249 reasons you want to go to Goodwood Revival

Sat, Sep 16 2023

At its most basic, Goodwood Revival is a long weekend worth of car races featuring cars made before 1970. There are lots of those, though, including some pretty great ones all over the world. But nothing is like Goodwood Revival because it's so much more than "just" vintage car racing.  First, you have to look the part. Attendees are strongly encouraged to dress in period clothing from the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, with a strict dress code enforced should you want to enter the paddock. The goal is to create a more authentic atmosphere to match the cars and the meticulously restored and recreated paddocks, grandstands and other facilities of the reborn Goodwood circuit. Now, the dress code was relaxed this year since the Saturday was literally the hottest Sept. 9 on record in that part of England, and the organizers didn't want people dropping dead because they needed to wear an ascot. Some people definitely took the "relaxed" bit too far, but there was still plenty of atmosphere maintained. It really does make a big difference, as those "relaxed" individuals were often akin to seeing a Starbucks cup in a scene from "Game of Thrones."  You can see what I came up with below along with former Autoblog editor Reese Counts and various other Goodwood attendees. Second, there's the parking lot. But I'll let this entire separate post detail that. Third, there's the enormous carnival-like area featuring vintage-looking rides and various boutiques. Both of those are on the outside portion of the track, and honestly, you could easily just spend your entire day in the parking lot and carnival/shopping area without even crossing over into the circuit area. There you'll find more shops, food and drink opportunities, plus obviously, race car paddocks and the track itself.  Fourth, there are airplanes! I heard there are fewer than in the past, but they're there and they're cool. The Goodwood circuit started out life as the perimeter road around the World War II airfield RAF Westhampnett.  Fifth, with all of the above, Goodwood Revival really is fun for the whole family. It isn't just a bunch of old guys sitting around in lawn chairs. There are plenty of women and adorably dressed children, including babies in vintage prams. It's also not an event that's exclusively for the uber rich, even if they are certainly in full force given who has the sort of money needed to go vintage racing.

Ken Block walks you through his new 'Hoonigan Racing' HQ

Tue, 24 Jun 2014

Ken Block seems like one hell of a nice guy. I ran into him at CES this past January, and he dropped the video games he was playing to chat with me for a while. His crew also recently gave our Steve Ewing a tour of the offices you're about to see on this video. Good guy to know.
As it turns out, they're some fairly cool new digs. Dubbed 'Hoonigan Racing Division HQ,' the office is open to Ford Focus ST and Fiesta ST owners who attend the driving program offered out at Miller Motorsports Park. The very same program that Ewing reported on just recently.
Or, if you've no plans to buy an ST or travel to Utah any time soon, you can let Block show you around himself in this MTV Cribs-style video. With interior decorating that relies heavily on shipping containers and luxurious amenities like a ping pong table, 10 refrigerators and a bear(?), there's no lack of eye-candy in the driverly HQ. (Judging by Block's outfit, you'll probably not go thirsty if you're a Monster drinker, either.) Take the tour along with the Gymkhana master, below.
