Ok EBAYERS AND MUSTANG FANS READ VERY CAREFULLY
This really kills me to sell this but I have to because my lease is running out and I've lost heart with this project. I have a 99 Mustang GT 5spd with all of the bells and whistles. I bought this as a project and am almost done but I am out of time and money to fix it. I have many brand new upgrade parts and have put a lot of effort into this car and am taking a loss as it is. The car is currently not running its about 3 hours away from running it just needs to be wired up. I have a 4.6l motor and a t45 trans with a BRAND NEW stage 2 clutch for this car and it is already installed. Brand new motor mounts, flywheel, rebuilt motor, spark plugs, high output starter, alternator, racing seats, all seals in the rear have been replaced, short throw shifter, cobra wheels, bbk headers, and so much more I can't even remember everything I have for this car. I have over $6500 invested in this thing and I am fully aware that if I parted this back out I'd make that money back.
I'm looking for $5000 or trade of equal value that is a truck or a bike or some other obscene fast car. I DO NOT WANT YOUR HONDA unless of course its worth more than $5,000.
I will accept $4,000 but I will keep my cobra wheels and racing seats.
There is a lot of money here and I know whoever gets this will have an awesome project on their hands. Please feel free to contact me with any questions

Ken Block walks you through his new 'Hoonigan Racing' HQ
Tue, 24 Jun 2014Ken Block seems like one hell of a nice guy. I ran into him at CES this past January, and he dropped the video games he was playing to chat with me for a while. His crew also recently gave our Steve Ewing a tour of the offices you're about to see on this video. Good guy to know.
As it turns out, they're some fairly cool new digs. Dubbed 'Hoonigan Racing Division HQ,' the office is open to Ford Focus ST and Fiesta ST owners who attend the driving program offered out at Miller Motorsports Park. The very same program that Ewing reported on just recently.
Or, if you've no plans to buy an ST or travel to Utah any time soon, you can let Block show you around himself in this MTV Cribs-style video. With interior decorating that relies heavily on shipping containers and luxurious amenities like a ping pong table, 10 refrigerators and a bear(?), there's no lack of eye-candy in the driverly HQ. (Judging by Block's outfit, you'll probably not go thirsty if you're a Monster drinker, either.) Take the tour along with the Gymkhana master, below.
40+ cars that barely avoid the gas guzzler tax
Thu, 24 Jul 2014
The Gas Guzzler schedule, with mpg ratings and charges that haven't changed since 1991, lays out which fuel-swillers owe what to Uncle Sam.
I started thinking about the "Gas Guzzler Tax" - considerably less well known as The Energy Tax Act of 1978 - when I was driving Dodge's new Challenger SRT Hellcat last week. Unsurprisingly for a car that can burn 1.5 gallons of gas per minute at max tilt, theoretically able to empty a full tank of premium in about 13 minutes, the Hellcat will be subject to the Gas Guzzler Tax schedule when it goes on sale.
Carmakers, NHTSA to unveil auto-emergency braking agreement tomorrow
Wed, Mar 16 2016Happy St. Patrick's Day Eve. Tomorrow, there will be green beer, corned beef and cabbage, and automatic emergency braking for all. Weird combo, we know. But on St. Patty's we can expect an official announcement from a pact of automakers making auto-braking systems standard equipment by 2022. That's per a report from Reuters, which cites three sources familiar with the plans. Originally announced in September 2015 by 10 automakers and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the agreement is expected to be even larger when the details are unveiled tomorrow. According to Reuters, the manufacturers of 99 percent of the US domestic market's vehicles will be represented by the new agreement. It's believed that standard AEB systems could prevent thousands of accidents across the country. Expect more on the official announcement when it's made. Related Video:
