Engine runs terrific, no knock ,smoke, tap hot or cold. [by hot I mean "operating temperature"] has cold air, dirty interior with ripped up front drivers leather seat. Transmission works a little when warm, mostly in reverse. Transmission sounds like a bad power steering pump till you put into gear. [car does not have a bad ps pump.] With a cleaning. or new carpet and a drivers cover the inside would be okay. The headliner is nice, clock works as do the gauges. As you can see there are no idot lights on, on the dash. Car has very minimal rust when you pull up the carpet and look in the back of the trunk. The back bumper was replaced and repainted, as was the front. One from a very minor parking lot incident, one LIGHT front impact. TITLE IS FREE, CLEAN AND CLEAR. YOU WILL RECIEVE IT THAT WAY TOO. [car was backed into] 2 tires are great, 2 are fair. same owner for 8 years. Drive Ford's new Mustang in Need For Speed Rivals
Mon, 16 Dec 2013If waiting for the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang to hit dealerships is just too tall of an order, you'll be happy to hear that there is now an alternative means of getting behind the wheel of America's favorite pony car. The Mustang is making its video game debut in Need For Speed Rivals.
"We worked closely with the development team at EA to provide them with engineering data for the new Mustang, several months before we showed it to the rest of the world," said Ford product licensing manager Mark Bentley. "Computer design models enabled the game developers to create an accurate representation of the new Mustang before it goes on sale."
Players will have access to five unique designs for the Mustang, allowing a degree of individuality beyond solid colors and decals. According to Digital Marketing Manager Andrea Zuehlk of Ford, those designs are drawn from the four most popular designs on the Mustang Customizer, an online, mobile and tablet app that allows the public to design their own custom Mustang. A fifth design, penned by drift racer Vaughn Gittin, Jr., is also available.
Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
