It has a beautiful, Tropical Turquoise paint job with white GT stripes that looks absolutely gorgeous. It was hand rubbed to a smooth as glass finish. The body is straight as an arrow and totally solid as a rock. It has all original body panels and floor pans. All of the chrome and trim is like new and in show condition. It also has all new rubbers throughout the car. Absolutely everything on this car is brand new or restored as you can see from the pictures. It is sitting on a set of correct styled steel wheels with brand new BFG tires. This '65 Mustang literally stops traffic with the amount of attention it receives! The Palomino and Turquoise deluxe Pony interior is all like new and looks amazing. The dash and gauge cluster has all been restored to look like new. The seats were custom bolstered to be more comfortable and custom shoulder strap seat belts for safety. It also custom Auto Meter gauges and a tilt column. Everything works perfectly in the car including the gauges, radio and lights. It also has a fitted AM-FM cassette stereo that sounds great. The white convertible top is like new and has a new palomino top boot. Mechanically, this '65 Mustang is in excellent condition with an upgraded fuel injected 5.0L V8 engine. It also has an upgraded AOD 4spd automatic transmission, quick ratio power steering and power front wheel disc brakes fro driving comfort. Under the hood is beautifully detailed and looks excellent. The car was completely gone through front to back. It only has 3K miles on the restoration. Ford gives S-Max the Vignale treatment in Milan
Wed, 09 Apr 2014Ford has a bit of a history in reviving the names of old coachbuilders it has long since gobbled up and using them to distinguish its top-of-the-line models in Europe. That's what it did for years with Ghia, and after having replaced it several years ago with the Titanium trim level, now it's doing it again with Vignale.
At the Frankfurt Motor Show last year, Ford revealed the Mondeo Vignale concept in both sedan and wagon body-styles, which are set to reach production next year. But before they do, the Blue Oval automaker is at it again, applying similar upgrades to the S-Max minivan and unveiling it in concept form in Milan this week.
Setting the Vignale concept apart from any other S-Max is its Milano Grigio rose-hued silver pearlescent paint, 21-inch alloys, chrome trim and hexagonal-pattern grille. Inside it's all ultra-soft quilted leather and aluminum trim, with tablet docking stations in the back and thinner, more flexible seats than the existing production version.

They're pretty darn similar. And yet our views are oh so different.
If you guys could read the transcripts of our editors' chat room, you'd know that we're a pretty argumentative bunch. It's always good-spirited stuff (well, usually), but when we're not obsessively covering this or that, we're usually fighting about one car being better than another. We're all enthusiasts here, and our automotive tastes run the gamut from the weird and unusual to the decidedly mainstream - we all feel strongly about specific cars in a given segment. While it usually makes for good conversation, if we're passionate enough, it can turn into a tomato-throwing showdown.
