Tired of driving something plain, and being inside another run of the mill vehicle with a cold modern production and lack of pizzazz?  Well, I have the cure for you. What we have here is a gorgeous one of a kind vehicle.

This is a custom made, one of a kind Model T Custom Hot Rod.  Featuring an L82 engine, 350 transmission, Demon Carb, High Rise intake, Lincoln Versaille Rear End, disc brakes in the rear and drum brakes up front, and white wall tires, this Hot Rod has amazing features.  It's got the power and performance, it's got the looks.  It's got it all, even an adjustable front end so you can do your own front end alignments as needed.  It doesn't purr, it roars with the power of the corvette engine that powers it. The new engine has approximately 50,000 on it, though the odometer shows the model T's original mileage, which is cool.

I buy and sell cars as a hobby, but only when I find those I REALLY like.  This was one of them, and I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it while I have it.  Creating thunder is not something I would do with just any car, this is a special baby.  A fabricator created this vehicle, he goes by the name Anthony McCullum.  This vehicle has won numerous rat rod competitions, including those sponsored by Jesse James himself.  It has even been featured inside the Rebel Rods magazine,  I believe Pawn Stars, and a few other shows and many rat rod competitions, so it has a bit of notoriety.  I am replacing the title currently, it was bonded and took a little longer than it should, so don't fret.

Don't miss out, this car is very special and deserves to be driven and loved. Just ask everyone who asks me about when I drive it around town, it's always a hit!

Ford ST Octane Academy [w/video]

Wed, 04 Jun 2014

The ST school is about more than just handbrake turns, hot laps, and sliding into parking spaces.
I felt like such a rock star. On my second pass around the UrbanCross course (read: fancy autocross) at the Ford ST Octane Academy, I absolutely nailed the exit, sliding the bright-yellow Focus ST sideways into a box the size of a parking space, all four wheels in line.

Tanner Foust tackles 'Ring in SVT Raptor

Sat, 16 Mar 2013

Here's a math problem: if Tanner Foust has a 24 hours to kill in Germany and one blue Ford Raptor, how long will it take him to decide he wants to lap The Nürburgring? Extra credit if you can get your answer precise to the millisecond.
A very truck-like and slidey lap of the 'Ring is exactly what happened when the Ford-sponsored rallycross driver took time off from set-up duties for his 'day job.' Thankfully no one even thought to worry about posting a time, but you can watch some Raptor skid marks getting laid down between the kerbs in the video below.

2015 Ford Mustang prototype spotted on the street

Mon, 10 Jun 2013

Our trusty spy photographers have snapped the first photos of the 2015 Ford Mustang prototype out on public streets. With nearly every square inch of the machine covered in heavy camouflage, it's difficult to discern details, but we can see smallish horizontal headlamps at work in the coupe's nose. Ford has made it clear that modern lighting technology will allow the company to get away from large, expensive headlamp arrays in the near future, and the 2015 Mustang may very well be the first of the automaker's products to bow with the new tech. The philosophy was first displayed on the very attractive Evos Concept.
The extensive cladding doesn't extend all the way to the prototype's rockers in the instance, giving us a look at the heavily-sculpted sills. Overall, this test car looks considerably smaller than the current generation Mustang, and elements like a short front overhang and beefy dual-piston calipers give us plenty of hope for the future model. Of course, reports that the 2015 Mustang will bow with an independent rear suspension and EcoBoost power certainly don't hurt our feelings, either.
