We took this car in as partial trade for one of our pre-war cars. The owner has owned this car for quite a long time and he took great care of this car and it shows. The car has very little miles on it and it runs, drives and looks pretty close to perfect. The Light brown/tan interior is warm and inviting, as well as very comfortable. As part of the trade for a totally body off restored Ford sedan, the owner also traded in a 1966 Cobra 429 replica in perfect condition, a 1989 Jaguar XJS Coupe, as well as a 1981 Ferrari 308 GTS. All these cars are for sale and serious discounts will be given for someone looking to buy more than just the Model A. Although this Model A is a beautiful automobile, my shop already has 3 other cars similar to this and we need to sell these cars to make room for our project cars. Ford Fiesta ST GRC Racecar is hungry for podiums in 2013
Thu, 07 Feb 2013As we reported earlier, the Chicago showing of this plucky Ford Fiesta ST GRC racer points to bigger and brighter days for Global RallyCross. For the upcoming season, you can expect to see Ken Block and Tanner Foust both driving the Ford racecar, and if last season's results are any indication, you can anticipate quite a few podium appearances, as well.
The Fiesta seen here was built by the Swedes at OlsbergsMSE, and will be driven in anger by Foust in 2013. Modifications are, as you'd expect, extensive, and include an engine, exhaust and braking upgrades, a racing style short-throw shifter and a limited-slip differential. As you can see, the car has been fully stripped out and caged for maximum speed and safety, too.

FCA to pay buyers $1,700 to swap out of scandal-mired VWs
Tue, Oct 6 2015FCA is trying to gain some sales from arch-rival VW in the competitive European market by offering potential buyers in Italy up to $1,700 to swap into an FCA group car. While the promotion isn't specifically targeted at TDI owners affected by the emissions scandal, it is clearly intended to turn dissatisfaction with VW's defeat device cheat into additional sales, Bloomberg reports. The 500-1,500 euro incentive (roughly $560-1,700, depending on vehicle) stacks on top of any other rebates or deals applicable, and applies if a buyer brings in any of Volkswagen Group's cars – including Audi, Skoda, and SEAT, among (many) others. As Bloomberg notes, it's normal for automakers to offer "conquest" deals – giving a buyer cash for trading in a competitor's vehicle. Those deals aren't usually limited to one company's products, however; FCA's program looks specifically to take advantage of VW's legal and public relations nightmare. FCA isn't the only automaker trying this trick in Italy. Automotive News Europe also reported that Ford is offering approximately $840 in incentives across its entire range to owners of VW vehicles seeking to trade in for a Ford. No word of yet as to whether these incentives will spread beyond Italy or to other automakers.Related Video:
