1931 Ford Model A huckster,depot hack/station wagon home made body.It originally came from South Carolina-north Georgia.Engine has less than 1000 miles on complete rebuild,including re-babbit,pistons,rings,hardened seats,decked,new clutch,pressure plate etc..etc..12 volt Nu-Rex alt. negative ground,and electronic ignition,all new wiring front to rear.Steel fenders,aprons,running boards,commercial grill shell,and rear fenders.Juice brakes on new rubber,and modern shocks. This car is a driver.This is without a doubt,the nicest driving Model A I have driven.While it could use paint,it can also be driven and enjoyed the way it is,and there are so many possibilities with this setup!It would be an awesome surf wagon,or a vending truck,a depot hack,station wagon,etc...These are getting hard to find,look on Ebay,none there! And they have gone up in price like mad!I have this one priced to sell!There are a few small dings here and there,but overall the sheetmetal is very good, while the woodwork is craftsmanship quality,the float for the fuel gauge is bad, so it is not working,and there is a 1/2" tear on the passenger side of the seat (see picture) I have more pics available for serious buyers,you are encouraged to ask questions (352) 551-7492, or message me, even better,if you are local,come by and look it over. This thing is a blast to drive! I take my grandkids around the neighborhood in it, they love it!! The gentleman that I got it from loved it, but only parted with it because I had a 1928 all steel 1928 enclosed cab Model A, and he had been wanting one for years and years, it was nice, but it didn't run as nice as this one!And this one rides much nicer with the modern shocks,and the hydraulic brakes make all the difference in the world!Well, Thanks for looking, and Happy Bidding !

Ford reveals all-new Everest SUV at Asia-Pacific forum [w/poll]
Thu, 13 Nov 2014While the Explorer may have shifted from a truck-based sport-ute to a car-based crossover, Ford still offers buyers on the other side of the Pacific a Ranger-based SUV in the form of the Everest. And at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Beijing today, the Blue Oval revealed the all-new version you see here.
Previewed in concept form over a year ago and made specifically for the Asia-Pacific market, the new Ford Everest is designed to be more refined on the road and more capable off of it. Like the Explorer once was, the new Everest is based on a stretched version of the overseas Ford Ranger pickup. Depending on the specific market, Ford will offer the new Everest with a range of engines including a 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbo four and two Duratorq turbodiesels - a 2.2-liter four and a 3.2-liter inline-five - mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Earmarked to take on the likes of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (known in these parts as the Lexus GX) and the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the new Everest promises rock-crawlers even better off-road capabilities. It's got nearly nine inches of ground clearance, over 30 inches of wading depth, a 29-degree approach and 25-degree departure angles and a set of features including on-the-fly adjustable four-wheel drive.
Performance CNG wants to crowdfund natural gas-powered Ford Mustang
Fri, May 16 2014Soliciting investments to develop a street-legal compressed natural gas (CNG) powered Ford Mustang that can deliver 470 horsepower certainly wouldn't make sense on a site called Indiestopstop. Nope, Indiegogo is the more-appropriately-named site that one Michigan entrepreneur is using to try and crowdfund his CNG 'Stang. He's looking to raise $55,000. Michigan's Daryl Patrishkoff and his company Performance CNG LLC showed off their converted 2003 Mustang last year at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Royal Oak, MI in an effort to get some exposure for the car, which can run on both gas and CNG. The company and its three-man team is looking to further develop the project in the name of a fueling source that is 40 percent cheaper than gasoline, throws off as much as 30 percent fewer tailpipe greenhouse gas emissions and makes the country less dependent on foreign oil. Performance CNG estimates that just 120,000 of the world's 15 million CNG-powered vehicles are in the US and is calling for more. As for the $55 grand, Patrishkoff estimates that more than half of that amount would be committed to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) testing of emissions, fuel economy and horsepower. Ford Ranger-based 7-seat SUV spotted testing
Wed, 29 May 2013Ford looks to be working on a new SUV version of its global Ranger pickup truck. An early prototype of a seven-passenger SUV based on the Ranger has been spotted testing in Australia, and word has it buyers in the region could expect to see the model in showrooms as soon as 2014, where it could sail under the Endeavour or Everest badges. Ford Australia currently sells the Territory SUV, so there's some chance that this model could be a successor to that throne, as well.
Whatever it's called, the long-roof Ranger will feature a shorter wheelbase and more ground clearance than its pickup twin, giving the machine a bit more off-road functionality. (And here we thought we couldn't want the global Ranger any more than we already do.) While this particular vehicle sports a Territory back half grafted onto a Ranger front end, odds are a public reveal of the finished product could occur as soon as the second half of 2014, making it a 2015 model.
