1929 Model A Tudor Sedan
I have for sale a 1929 Ford, Model A Tudor Sedan, almost complete, lots of new parts, ready to be finished and restored. I purchased this a few years ago, been purchasing parts here and there, in hopes that I would be able to put it together some day and enjoy it when it was complete. Due to health and tired of waiting, I decided to buy one that was complete and ready to drive. I absolutely love it and have decided to sell this one, along with all its parts, new and old. This project is literally ready to be put together. I have a lot of money tied up in this project and a lot of new parts. I have included a parts list below of all the new parts that will go with this project and have included as many pictures that eBay would allow. The vehicle comes with a clean Arkansas title!
The body is in good condition with surface rust throughout and typical cancer on front lower cowls, bottom doors and rear fender wells. I have new patches to fix the front lower cowl and rear fender wells (see parts list). Body is fairly straight with a few dings in places, but overall in great condition for its age. Body needs blasted, patches installed and paint. I have brand new metal fenders for the front (see parts list), but you will need to find fenders for the rear as well as the running boards. I purchased all new boards for the top/roof of vehicle along with new material to wrap it with (see parts list).
On the inside, I have all of the glass except for the passenger front door glass, it has the original floor boards, the driver side seat and the rear seat. The passenger side seat will need to be found and purchased. All seats need to be reupholstered. For some reason, I forgot to take picture of all the interior pieces, but they are included. I have the dash, all door panels and misc. trim.
The rolling chassis has been completely gone through and painted black. The rear axle has been rebuilt, front and rear hubs, as well as the transmission. Chassis is sitting on 19" wheels that could use a better paint job with fairly new tires. I will include an original set of used 21" wheels (see picture), with new tubes and brand new BFG tires (see parts list).
You will receive 2 engines with this vehicle. One came off of the rolling chassis described above. Engine ran fine, but had some blow by and was removed to have rebuilt (still needs rebuilt). The second engine came with this Model A when I purchased it, was told that it ran, but never did hear it do so, but does turn over fine.
Parts list below are of all new parts that have been purchased and that are included with sale. Over $4000 in just new parts (2006 pricing, sells for more now), Chassis including rebuild over $3000, plus the price of actual car. Perfect for someone who is a collector or wants to put this together to flip.

First 1K next-gen Mustangs to carry 2014 1/2 model year?
Thu, 18 Jul 2013A new report from Mustangs Daily, citing insider sources at Ford, tells us that the Blue Oval will produce 1,000 next-generation Mustangs with the model year designation of 2014 ½, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the storied marque. The commemorative half-year designation is a rumor that's been swirling in Mustang forums for quite some time now, and seems more plausible than ever with this most recent report. Certainly it's not far-fetched to believe that Ford will want to make a big deal of the golden anniversary for its most-loved model.
The story (compiled by Drew Phillips, who runs the aforementioned Mustang site when he's not directing the photography on these pages) goes on to say that the limited-run cars will be the first built on the new Mustang platform internally known as S550 (and spied testing in the attached gallery). Each car is said to carry a "special" VIN and build number, though no performance upgrades versus the 2015 cars to follow are in the works. A collector's dream then, rather than a weekend racer's.
Radical RXC is a Mustang-hearted racecar for the road
Fri, May 30 2014Radical has been building fantastic open-cockpit racers and roadcars for years, for the track day enthusiast who wants a vehicle that looks like it could show up for a start at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The company's latest creation is the RXC, and while this coupe looks like a prototype racer, it's road legal in the UK and in some parts of the US. When testing a car this, um, radical, the first thought is likely to get it to the track for some big slides and wide open acceleration, but XCar Films takes the opposite approach in its latest video to learn how this racer fares on public roads. The version tested here is the standard RXC with the 3.7-liter V6 out of the Ford Mustang tuned to 350 horsepower with a seven-speed sequential gearbox; but Radical also offers the same engine with 380-hp, a 454-hp Ford EcoBoost 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6, or even a 500-hp V8. Even in the most basic guise, it's a handful to control in the wet, if this video is any indication. The cliche of a road-legal racecar is bandied around a lot in the motoring world, but it truly applies to the RXC. The only problem with seeing the RXC exclusively on the road is that it can never really open up and show its full potential. This racer is indeed chomping at the bit to rocket off into the horizon, but all those pesky road safety laws hold it back. Still, the video is a chance to get a better impression about this thoroughbred sports car. Scroll down to check it out. This content is hosted by a third party. Ford to ramp up Lincoln rollout in China in bid to catch rivals
Thu, Apr 12 2018DETROIT/BEIJING — Ford Motor Co's premium Lincoln brand plans to build as many as five new vehicles in China by 2022, according to two U.S. sources, in a move to expand sales in the world's largest vehicle market that would also blunt the impact of trade U.S.-China trade spats. Ford has said it plans to build an all-new sport utility vehicle in China by the end of 2019, however the company has not detailed future production plans for the Lincoln brand in China beyond that. "Our localization plans to support the China market are on track and will serve to further drive Lincoln's growth in China," Lincoln spokeswoman Angie Kozleski said. "Beyond that, it would be premature to discuss our future product and production plans or timing." Sources familiar with Ford's production plans told Reuters the automaker now expects to begin building the new Lincoln Aviator in China in late 2019 or early 2020, along with replacements for the MKC compact crossover and the MKZ midsize sedan, followed in 2021 by the all-new Nautilus, which replaces the Lincoln MKX crossover. A fifth model, a small coupe-like crossover, is tentatively slated for production in China in 2022, the sources said. Ford has much to lose if the war of words over trade between China and U.S. President Donald Trump escalates into a full-blown tariff war. Last year, it shipped about 80,000 vehicles to China from North America, more than half of them Lincolns to support the brand's growth. All Lincoln vehicles that Ford now sells in China are brought in from North America. Even if China does reduce its 25 percent tariff on imported vehicles - as Chinese President Xi Jinping promised on Tuesday - it is not clear that would mean a big, long-term increase in Fords and Lincolns made in U.S. factories heading to Chinese showrooms. Ford is pursuing long-range plans to build more vehicles in China to serve a market that is now roughly 60 percent larger than the U.S. market, and projected to keep growing. But it is playing catch up to hometown rival General Motors Co and German luxury brands including Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, which have invested heavily in Chinese production in recent years as a form of insurance against trade, political and currency gyrations and to lower price points for their premium cars.
