end ,the front gas
tank replaced with 15 gal.fuel cell in the trunk just behind seat, the
chrome alternater and chrome accell super stock high voltage coil teamed
with an electronic mallory ignition supplies the spark through accell 8
mm wires accell yellow header sparkplugs,the exhaust headers flow into a
set of throaty mufflers sounds awesome,original multicolored ford 29
grill , original headlamps,chrome qa1 racing shocks,1987 gm disk brakes
and weld racing mags with steel belted radial tires complete the front
end,a pair of mickey thompson sportsman s/r tires (31x16x15) on set of
reversed weld racing wheels on rear,chrome qa1 racing shocks and

Volkswagen Golf, Ford F-150 named 2015 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year
Mon, Jan 12 2015Congratulations, Volkswagen Golf/GTI and Ford F-150. You've just been named the 2015 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year, kicking off the first press day of the Detroit Auto Show. The Golf faced some seriously stiff competition from its runners-up, the Ford Mustang and Hyundai Genesis. But the Golf has been a highly awarded vehicle since its launch, including recently being named Motor Trend's Car of the Year. As for the Truck/Utility award, it wasn't immediately clear that the aluminum-bodied Ford F-150 would win the North American honor, topping the Chevrolet Colorado and Lincoln MKC. The Chevy, after all, has been widely praised since arriving this fall, including taking home MT's Truck of the Year award. In 2014, Chevrolet had a sweep of the NACTOY awards, with the Corvette Stingray and Silverado taking top honors. Here's a look at the 2015 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year voting breakdown. As you can see, it wasn't exactly neck and neck. Ford Australia debuts Ranger-based Everest SUV concept
Tue, 13 Aug 2013Ford has been in hot water in Australia ever since it announced plans to end local production of the Falcon and Territory SUV. Besides canceling a model that is to Oz what the Mustang is to America, the end of production means more than a few folks will be out of work.
Keen to prove that it has a plan for the market, Ford has unveiled the Aussie-penned Everest Concept, a rough-and-tumble, seven-seat SUV. While not a direct replacement for the aging Territory (that role will eventually be filled by either the Edge or Flex, according to Car Advice) it's an indication from Ford's brass that the Blue Oval is still committed to Australia.
To prove that fact, Alan Mullaly, Mark Fields, Jim Farley and regional execs descended on Sydney for the debut of the new concept. Ford's Australian president and CEO, Bob Graziano, said of the Everest, "Our customers, our employees and Australia can be assured that we're connected to the nation and committed to our customers through terrific products with class-leading technologies."
