Warranty Information
EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
Seller hereby provides an express limited warranty to Buyer, subject to the limitations and provisions set forth herein. During the first thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles (which ever comes first) after the vehicle is accepted by the Buyer at time of delivery or pickup. Seller hereby warrants that they shall pay 50% of Parts & Labor on all necessary and reasonable repairs to said vehicle that arise as a result of unforeseen and unintended circumstances as limited more specifically below. This limited warranty is only applicable when the vehicle has no remaining factory warranty, and shall not be extended when the repair issue alleged by Buyer results from a condition that arises, or an accident or incident that occurs, after the vehicle has departed from Seller's place of business in Springfield, Missouri in furtherance of the sale contemplated herein. This limited warranty is not effective with regard to damage cased by Buyer's negligence, carelessness, neglect, or intentional act, but is only intended to cover unforeseen, unintended, and unanticipated maintenance issues that arise without the fault of the Buyer or any other person. This limited warranty does not apply to any "wearable" items of the motor vehicle including, but not limited to, brakes, clutch and tires, as any wearable items should be inspected and accepted or rejected at the time of delivery. All claims must be submitted to Seller in writing for approval prior to any work being done. Seller reserves the right to request a second estimate on any claim.

Winning Bidder must contact Premier Sports Cars within twenty four (24) hours of a winning bid or forfeit their right to this item. Winning Bidder must also pay a 10% deposit via bank wire transfer (or other agreed upon payment method) within three (3) business days following auction end. Vehicle must be fully funded with seven (7) days after auction end and prior to vehicle delivery. Buyer must ensure funds are available prior to bidding. Bill "Coyote" Johnson has been buying cars since high school and has amassed a collection totaling 113 vehicles, according to NBC 6 News. But time has changed his motivations and priorities, and he's decided to auction 93 of those cars, many of which are classic muscle from Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Plymouth and Pontiac. The megasale will take place Sept. 14, 2019, in Red Oak, Iowa, at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. A 1969 Plymouth Road Runner infected Coyote with a love for Detroit muscle when he was just a teenager, and his desire quickly turned into an obsession. He's spent the past 40 years finding, buying and working on a variety of makes and models. Unlike some collectors, Coyote didn't discriminate against certain brands and has rides from each of the Big 3 automakers. Included in the auction are Camaros, Satellites, Super Bees, Chargers, Challengers, Barracudas, Coronets, GTOs, Mustangs, Cutlasses and others. Possibly the most intriguing aspect of the auction is that all of these cars will be sold as-is with no reserve. Many of them will need work, depending on quality standards, but this seems like a golden opportunity to find a classic car without leaving a bank account in shambles. The Ford Mustang is already the lightest of the current crop of muscle cars, at around 3,600 pounds for a GT coupe with the six-speed manual transmission. That's almost 260 pounds less than a Chevrolet Camaro SS and about 450 pounds less than a Dodge Challenger R/T, which means the Mustang has a pretty big advantage when it comes to handling, braking, accelerating and economy. More good news: The next Mustang will be even lighter. According to a report from Edmunds, the sixth-generation Mustang, which is set to debut at the 2014 North American International Auto Show, will shed an additional 400 pounds of body fat. That 11-percent weight reduction will be thanks to lightweight materials, with a particular focus on using stronger, but less material in construction. Aluminum will feature heavily, but Edmunds' inside source warns that there is "nothing terribly exotic" coming to the original pony car. The other big news is that the new Mustang will be smaller overall. It's going to be 15-inches shorter than the 188.5-inch Mustang on sale today, while it'll also be 6.5 inches narrower. Shorter overhangs, both in the front and rear, are also good signs for those that want an agile Mustang.
The Brits don't really have a major auto show these days. Not in a conventional sense, anyway, with stationary vehicles under floodlights in a closed exposition space. What they do have, you could argue, is much better: the Goodwood Festival of Speed, where the public can view the latest machinery not only under an open sky, but in motion as well, speeding up Lord March's front lawn. And this year, British automakers are rolling in with some very enticing new metal. In the past few days alone we've confirmed the McLaren 650S GT3 and MSO, Jaguar F-Type Project 7, Range Rover Sport SVR and Ariel Ace will all be revealed for the first time at Goodwood this weekend. Ford isn't, strictly speaking, a British automaker, but for all its history in the UK, it might as well. So it's chosen Goodwood as the site to unveil its refreshed Focus ST. The upgraded Blue Oval hot hatch still packs a 2.0-liter turbo four with 252 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque driving through a six-speed manual to the front wheels, so we're not expecting much change in measurable performance. But Ford has given the new Focus ST a new front suspension setup and a new electric power-assisted steering rack that combine to promise improved handling.
