Hello you are bidding on a damaged 2013 Ford Focus SE with 19,747 miles. The car does run and drive. The vehicle is in good condition except for the damaged areas on the right front of the vehicle. The vehicle will need a right fender right headlight, repair right front door skin, windshield, driver knee bag, right plastic inner fender liner, misc clips and mounting hardware. The vehicle is available for inspection. The right front inner structure is pushed in but should be able to be pulled and saved. The front bumper cover area that snaps into connection bracket on the fender is damaged. The radiator and ac condenser is good. The front of the lower frame rail appears to be ok and does not show any of signs of damage to it. The right front strut is ok. The car is being sold as is damaged with salvage title. Ford picks Fiesta ST, Transit Connect as this year's SEMA darlings
Sat, 02 Feb 2013SEMA is more than nine months away, but the reveille bugle for the show has just sounded with Ford's call to aftermarket companies for its project-vehicle program. The 2014 Ford Fiesta ST and 2014 Transit Connect van and wagon are the cars The Blue Oval wants to feature, but applicants can submit project vehicles for any product except the GT500, the Raptor, or anything from Lincoln.
Submissions must be completed in two parts, the first being an email to Ford with an overview of the project, like vehicle theme, promotional plan and location display. The second part must be mailed in on company letterhead and gets down to the nuts and bolts of the vision and the provision of company bona fides. The complete proposal is due on March 1, winners will be notified by May 1. Facelifted Ford Focus caught testing in the cold
Wed, 18 Dec 2013It's that time in the life of the Ford Focus to get a little work done - a nip-tuck here, some Botox there. Yes, Ford is testing a facelifted version of its global C-segment entry, which first hit markets in Europe and North America in May 2011.
Like the touchup on the Fiesta, expect Ford's gaping grille to make its first appearance on the Focus. Our spy photographers point out that this is likely to be a more comprehensive makeover than previous spy shots suggested, based on the additional camouflage seen here on the front and rear ends of this five-door model. New head and taillights are also likely in order, as are changes to the front and rear fascia.
The interior was also snapped and features a cleaner design with a larger central display. Other than that, it looks like some buttons have been changed, making us think most of the Focus' updates are limited to the exterior.
