Beautiful 1966 Ford Falcon Ranchero 289 V8 2 barrel carb with automatic transmission on the column. Beige exterior with black interior and bench seat. There is no radio, but an antanae that has been broken off with 2 inches left. I bought this vehicle from a seller in North Carolina 7 years ago and it has been garage stored with a few excursions around the neighborhood. I taught my grandspon how to drive in this vehicle. The bed has a sprayed black liner with chrome tie down rails along each side. There are minor flaws on the rear bumper (rust), front bumper (ding) and the left front wheel well (rust) and just below the front left headlight grille (crack). The black carpet shows some discoloration due to the sun (it came this way when I purchased it) (see pictures of all). Buyer to pay a $500 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of closing and the balance via a cashiers check. Buyer to provide own transportation. Ford Focus Electric and ST recalled over lighting issue
Mon, 12 Aug 2013Ford is recalling 6,308 units of the 2012 and 2013 Focus Electric and 2013 Focus ST that were fitted with HID headlights because a "wiring incompatibility" could keep the front side marker lights from working. A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the recall should begin in the middle of this month, after which owners can take their cars to dealers to have the wiring assembly repaired free of charge.

Daimler consulting with Ford about 3-cylinder engines
Mon, 27 May 2013Soon enough, Ford will offer its 1.0-liter EcoBoost three-cylinder engine under the hood of the Fiesta here in the United States, building on the success of the small powerplant overseas. In fact, this success has caused other automakers to take notice, and according to Automotive News Europe, Daimler is now talking to Ford about this engine for use in its own products.
In other markets, Ford offers the 1.0-liter mill under the hood of the Focus (we had the chance to sample this package on our home turf), as well as the B-Max MPV. For this new collaboration, Daimler would use the turbo-three in the next-generation Smart ForTwo, as well as the Renault Twingo, which the German automaker will be collaborating on as part of its alliance with Renault-Nissan. Speaking to AN, a Mercedes-Benz engineer called the 1.0-liter mill an "interesting and impressive engine."
In exchange for details about the EcoBoost inline-three, Daimler will supply Ford with information regarding its Euro6 stratified lean-burn gasoline engine, which is found in the new E-Class sedan.
Road & Track names its 2013 Performance Car of the Year
Thu, 14 Nov 2013Road & Track recently staged its first annual Performance Car of the Year test, pitting 13 new and updated performance cars against each other on track, then graduating the top six to a road test before picking a winner. Additionally, the magazine staff picked the best automobiles of the year in eight categories.
