We are selling this 2005 Ford F-350 Dually 4 wheel drive with 4 door super cab and an excellent utility work bed.   XL Super Duty Power Stroke Turbo Diesel V8.  It has very LOW MILES at roughly 69,071 miles on it.  Reason for selling: we don't use it and we don't need it.... we are looking to sell this & purchase a new dually that would better suit our family.

Lots of new stuff on this awesome work truck!!  Chrome door handles, chrome mirror covers, New Michelin tires, new batteries, new glow plugs, new oil cooler, new EGR cooler, new simulators, fresh oil change and more!!! Please see all pics!!

No issues with the truck whatsoever!! This baby runs like a boss & is awesome working out of!!!   Has dent on right front fender (please see upclose of picture), has scuffing on the utility bed (please see pics).  Other than those few blemishes, the truck is super nice on the outside and on the inside as well.  Inside: no carpet, cloth seats, power windows, not power locks though.  Am/fm/cd player.  Air and heat work excellent!!  No rips or tears in the upholstery/seats.... however there are some 'black dirt' on the seats (not bad, I would consider it to be light wear); there is some on the edges of seats as you can see in picture.... also it is were the seat cotton fabric has been picked some from normal wear. (please see pics of inside for details on seats/upholstery :)

For more pictures (39 total) you can go to facebook and search for "Hillbilly Towing" in kingsport, tn.  We have the truck on our page there, the album will be on our wall and easily viewable.  You do not need a facebook account to view it.

Title is free & clear!

LOW MILES, RUNS & DRIVES EXCELLENT!!!  This will make an excellent work truck for your business, whether to add to your fleet, or just a small one man business.  Truck is solid.  Utility bed is solid and nicely kept (see pics too).

We are located in Kingsport, TN.  If you wish to call and ask any questions, please call Harold at 423-416-4165 or send us a message through ebay only please.  Buyer MUST pick truck up within 7 days from end of auction.  ***DOWN PAYMENT THROUGH PAY PAL OF $250.00 (two hundred fifty dollars) MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION END.***  Winner must pickup vehicle here local or make arrangements for it to be shipped.   After down payment is made, the remaining owed on truck must be paid in full, by cash at moment of pickup.  ****Again, down payment of $250.00 through pay pal WITHIN 24 HOURS and truck must be paid for in full & picked up within 7 days from end of auction.****  Cash only.  No checks.  (We may possibly take a bank certified check, however we will discuss this with buyer.  If so, please NOTE that title will be held until the check is good and clear, once check is clear, then title will be mailed.)

Thanks!  Feel free to ask any questions!!!  Happy Bidding!!!

On Mar-24-13 at 11:58:06 PDT, seller added the following information:

It wouldn't let us revise, but we wanted to add that the passenger front side seat on the right side of it has medium to heavy picking in the fabric (not the whole seat though) & you can sorta tell it in the pics.  And small, what looks like a cigarette burn in back seat.... you can see that in the picture (shows up as a small black dot on the seat part).

thanks!

Which is more fuel efficient, driving with a pickup's tailgate up or down?

Tue, 26 Aug 2014

Thanks to the smoke wand in the wind tunnel, you can actually see the difference in our video.
Should you drive with your pickup truck's tailgate up or down? It's an age-old controversy that's divided drivers for decades. Traditionalists will swear you should leave the tailgate down. Makes sense, right? It would seem to let the air flow more cleanly over the body and through the bed. But there's also a school of thought that argues trucks are designed to look and operate in a specific manner, and modern design techniques can help channel the airflow properly. So don't mess with all of that: Leave the tailgate up.

Our interview with Jeremy Clarkson and James May, plus SEMA! | Autoblog Podcast #491

Fri, Nov 4 2016

This week, David Gluckman and Mike Austin talk SEMA madness, mis-aligned steering wheels, wireless charging, McLarens (they're sports cars!), and decals. We also have an excerpt from a recent interview with James May and Jeremy Clarkson of The Grand Tour and Top Gear fame. As always, we talk about a variety of cars we've been driving and then respond to some questions from listeners. And as a bonus, there's a trivia question mixed in. The rundown is below. Remember, if you have a car-related question you'd like us to answer or you want questionable buying advice of your very own, send a message or a voice memo to podcast at autoblog dot com. Oh, and please send trivia questions! You'll get the honor of stumping your fellow listeners, and we'll thank you too.
