Have decided to sell this beautiful 2011 F-350. 6.7 powerstroke diesel, auto, rear camera, sunroof, navigation, bluetooth, leather heated and cooled seats. Everything power. I bought this truck a few months ago to pull my 5th wheel camper. Now, I have decided to sell the camper so I won't be needing this much truck. It's a great truck with 53,000 miles. There should still be some Ford warranty left. The truck is near perfect. No scratches dings or dents. There are a couple of slight dings in the rear bumper that are barely noticeable. It was a one owner truck when I bought it. I used it on a trip to Florida a while back pulling an empty trailer down and a car on the trailer coming home. It got 18 mpg down and 16 mpg coming home. Mileage is excellent for 500 horse power and 850 Ft pounds of torque. I paid $44,000.00 for this truck so I'm not going to give it away. I don't have to sell it. but it just doesn't make sense to keep a truck like this to pull a car hauler from time to time. I won't sell cheap, but I am reasonable. Contact me with question or offers. Look at my feedback. The truck I describe is the truck that shows up at your door. Fly into St. Louis Lambert field and I would be happy to pick you up and you could drive it home or I'll meet with your shipper and get it loaded. You should know I have a loan on the truck and my bank will be happy to release the title and lien release when your check clears. I reserve the right to end this listing early as the truck is for sale locally.

The day I bought this truck there was one next to it that was 5000.00 cheaper for the same year. I chose this truck because it looks virtually new. It's a very clean vehicle. The leather is extremely nice. I could easily see the guy before me took care of this truck. He pulled a horse trailer with it on weekends. He purchased a new silverado and chevy dealers just dont like to keep fords and dodges.

2015 Ford Mustang specs revealed, GT to pack 435 HP

Thu, 17 Jul 2014

The 2015 Ford Mustang sounds great so far - at least on paper. Ford has just announced specs for the latest version of the iconic pony car in Dearborn, telling Autoblog that it will pump out as much as 435 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque from its 5.0-liter V8.
Those gaudy figures power the naturally aspirated GT model, and they easily eclipse the "more than" 420 hp and 390 lb-ft that Ford originally estimated.
The 2.3-liter turbocharged EcoBoost four-cylinder makes 310 hp and 320 lb-ft, and it's the first turbo Mustang since the 1986 SVO.

Ford Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost sales robust in early going

Tue, 13 May 2014

Okay, okay, okay, so I was just a smidge wrong. Those that read my review of the Ford Fiesta with the new 1.0-liter, EcoBoost engine will know that while I really enjoyed the torquey little three-cylinder, I was concerned that Ford's decision to force 1.0-liter owners into a manual transmission, steel wheels and one trim level might hurt sales of the new engine. I was also concerned that the promised 45-mile-per-gallon highway rating wouldn't be enough to tempt buyers into trying an engine that's so far outside of what the general public is use to. My concerns, though, seem to have been for naught.
While not doing a booming business on the triple-equipped Fiesta, Ford is seeing a take rate of four to eight percent per month in the engine's first few months on sale. Now, four to eight percent might not sound like a lot - if, like last year, the Fiesta sells around 71,000 units, there'd be barely 5,600 1.0-liter models on the road. It is also small potatoes relative to the take rate on EcoBoost-equipped vehicles across the Ford range, which US sales analyst Erich Merkle estimates to be roughly 35 to 40 percent of retail sales. Still, according to The Detroit News, the 1.0-liter is getting adopted at roughly the same rate as the sparkling Fiesta ST, which should be a solid indication of just how well this little engine is doing.
The 1.0-liter's success "really speaks volumes, not just to what we're doing with the Fiesta, but with EcoBoost in general," Merkle told Autoblog.

Obama to herald auto industry turnaround from idled Ford plant

Tue, Jan 6 2015

President Barack Obama will tout the recent successes of the American auto industry in a speech on Wednesday. This would be a fine and dandy plan aside from two small hitches. First, the president is visiting Ford's Wayne, MI factory, which is rather strange considering the government bailed out the company's local rivals, Chrysler and General Motors. Even more worrying, considering the topic of the speech, is that the Wayne facility has been idled due to a lack of demand. According to The Detroit News, the White House said the speech will focus on "the workers in the resurgent American automotive and manufacturing sector now that the auto rescue has been completed and the decision to save the auto industry and the over one million jobs that went with it." Wayne Assembly employs some 5,100 Michiganders when its lines are up and running, but as gas prices have plunged below $2 per gallon in some areas over the past month, its fuel-efficient products – the Focus and C-Max – have seen their sales plummet, as well. In December, the Focus' year-over-year sales were down 4.4 percent, while the C-Max dipped 3.3 percent, Ford told The News. Lagging sales for the two compacts aren't a new thing, though. Focus sales in all of 2014 were down 6.4 percent, while the C-Max struggled with a 21.6-percent drop last year. According to The News, Ford made the decision to idle the factory before being approached by the White House. Considering that, we wonder what the team at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue was thinking when it selected the Ford facility, and what impact the location will have on the president's message.
