For sale is a 2008 F-350. The truck is in excellent condition. It has a Tuscany conversion and was sent to Tuscany for all of the interior and exterior work. The truck has a 8in Fab-tech Lift with 22.5 laser cut semi wheels. The 2 front tires are less then 4 months old and the 4 back tires are less then 2 months old. All the seats are leather. The carpets has no stains and looks brand new. It has 90500 miles. Has a gooseneck hitch in the bed and a receiver for a ball in the back. Has trailer brakes built into the dash. It also has a set a air horns. With 1 compressor, 2 air tanks, and 3 trumpets on the horns. It has a SCT programmer and the delete pipe to get rid of the regen on the exhaust. The truck runs much better and gets much better fuel mileage. The truck does come with all the stock parts. Ford cuts 950 Russian jobs on weak demand
Thu, 03 Apr 2014The Russian auto market, in decline for the past year and further hit by the declining value of the ruble and recent sanctions over its annexation of Crimea, has forced Ford to cut jobs and shifts at two of its joint venture plants there. Around 700 of the 2,700 total workers who build the Russian-market Focus and Mondeo will be cut at the plant in Vsevolozhsk, near St. Petersburg as it drops to a single production shift. A second plant about 700 miles away in Yelabuga, in the Tartarstan region, will lose 250 workers. That plant builds seven vehicles, including the Explorer, Kuga and Edge.
The Moscow Times says Ford has been especially hit by the market decline, the overall market losing 5.5 percent in 2013 compared to the year before, but Ford sales dropping 18 percent in 2013 year-on-year. This year isn't going any better, with The Blue Oval posting a 21-percent decline through the first two months of 2014. That's why, though the Yelabuga plant builds the CUVs that customers are moving into, even it is facing cuts.
The job cuts in Vsevolozhsk come on top four-week plant shutdown planned so that the paint and body shops can go to one shift. In a statement, the company said, "Ford Sollers remains absolutely committed to the Russian market and is confident it has the right product plan, people and assets to deliver long-term profitable growth."

Thu, 31 Oct 2013Racing takes on many forms in the automotive world. There are sanctioned events that are as varied and diverse as NASCAR, Formula One, Global Rallycross and drag racing, and to be good enough to win competitively in one discipline, you need to have a specialized vehicle. Or do you?
Ford decided to find out what would happen when its Global Rallycross Fiesta ST, driven by Tanner Foust, lined up against its Mustang Cobra Jet drag racer, driven by Roy Hill. In one lane, Tanner has just 2.0 liters of displacement to work with, while Roy has more than double that, at 5.0 liters. Evening the playing field a bit, Tanner has a massive turbocharger and all-wheel drive; Roy has to filter all his supercharged power through the rear wheels only.
