Original owner. Runs great. 6 inch lift. donahoe 11 leaf spring pack up front. blocks in back.  Toyo Terra Grappler mud tires 295/70/18. Two years old with 16k miles on them. Motor was replaced at 16k miles due to an oil leak the dealer couldn't fix. Oil changed every 5k with full  synthetic, transmission every 25k, fuel filters every 10k. Has a new 130 amp alternator as of last year. New batteries two years ago.

Tinted windows. Has a scan gauge 2 to monitor engine perameters. New oil cooler, egr delete two years ago.  I left the egr in and just replaced the egr pipe. the egr has also been unplugged since i bought the truck. 2003's didn't throw a code for that.  I put in an aftermarket temp sensor so I can manually regulate the engine fan. Truck also has torklift frame mounted camper tie downs. Also has rear airbags with the fill valve in the fuel compartment.

The front windshield has a crack in it. if someone pays my buy it now price i will have it fixed.

This has been a great truck. It has taken us from Arizona to Montana and Oregon in the last two years on vacation. I need to move up to a bigger truck though. Reserve is 4k below kbb price.

I have tried to include everything about the truck. it has never been in an accident.  please email with any more questions. or give me a call. 9288560480 jeff.

The title has a lien on it from when i purchased it new but i have the lien release documents for it.

I reserve the right to end auction early as it is for sale locally as well. thanks.

Ford gets its Movement on, releases 'Sounds of Focus' tracks

Sun, 25 May 2014

Ford has, for at least the second year in a row, teamed up with techno promoter Paxahau and a couple of artists to make music in recognition of the Detroit Movement music festival. This time, Movement performers Ataxia and Secrets were selected by Ford, and were invited to spend some time at the automaker's Michigan Assembly Plant, which gives birth to the Ford Focus and Focus Electric models.
Now that we know the what, how about the why? According to Ford, "Detroit is uniquely tied to the origins of the electronic music scene. In the 1980's variations of electronic music stemmed from inspirations of industry, including the automotive sector." So, there you go. If you're interest is piqued, feel free to read the press release, watch the video and listen to the tracks below.

Ford to build next F-150, outgoing model concurrently?

Wed, 24 Jul 2013

Ford is rumored to be considering concurrent production for old and new F-150 models in a bid to minimize supply chain disruptions and inventory. Automotive News is reporting that the Blue Oval will build both the current F-150 and its replacement, which we showed you testing just last month, side by side for about half a year before switching over entirely to next-generation production.
As IHS Automotive analyst Mike Jackson told AN, "In order to ramp up, you have to retool...and that means you have to take capacity offline." Building both models alongside could allow Ford to cope with the still strong demand for the current F-150, while populating dealer supplies and working out supply chain kinks for the new model before making a full-time switch.
A loss of capacity when demand is so strong, even for a short period, could spell bad news for Ford, which nets an estimated 90 percent of its global profit on pickups and large SUVs. As AN states, Ford produces the F-150 in both Kansas City, Missouri and Dearborn, Michigan, which allows it to maintain some degree of flexibility in production. The new F-150 is expected to arrive at the 2014 North American International Auto Show as a 2015 model, with a design inspired by the Atlas Concept first shown at the Detroit Auto Show last January.

2015 Ford Edge holds line on pricing, starts at $28,100*

Tue, 04 Nov 2014

The Ford Edge gets an updated platform, bolder styling and a standard 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost engine pumping out 245 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque for the 2015 model year. You might expect that all those new features would result in a big price bump, but you'd be wrong. Ford is keeping costs identical to the 2014 model with a starting MSRP of $28,100 (*plus an $895 destination charge), according to Edmunds. Ford spokesperson William Mattiace confirmed the numbers to Autoblog.
That's a pretty good deal, but the real ticket here might be the model's Sport trim. Buyers get a 2.7-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 EcoBoost engine with over 300 horsepower and standard adaptive steering for $28,600 plus destination. That's just $500 more than the base model.
Pricing for the Titanium trim has not yet been announced, but it'll be a short wait to find out. Mattiace tells Autoblog that full pricing and the configuration for the model will launch on November 5. He has also confirmed that the 2015 Edge will begin hitting dealers in the first quarter of 2015.
