Offering a 2003 Ford F350 FX4 Lariat single rear wheel with a long bed in good shape. This is the last year the 7.3 motor was offered. Truck currently has 209,184 miles and counting as I drive this truck daily. I am the third owner, second owner being the dealer and bought it with 105k miles on it. I put a 4" stainless Magnaflow exhaust with a S&B air intake on it about 3 years ago. It also has a TS Performance 6 position tuner that can be switched while driving with the following settings: stock, high idle, 50hp, 75hp, 100hp, and 140hp. Truck runs very well. Last year, I replaced the radiator with an all aluminum unit, radiator hoses, 4wd shift solenoid, brake pads, cam position sensor, tension and idler pullies and belt, and fuel filter drain valve. I also changed the ball joints, front wheel bearings/hubs and all suspension bushings with urethane 2 years ago. One of the batteries was changed last November and the other is still under full warranty until 8/13 thru Walmart. I had the front windshield replaced two weeks ago. Interior is in overall good shape. Front drivers seat is worn thru on the bottom cushion and the back seat is worn on the drivers side bottom. I installed nylon seat covers on all the seats. Truck has normal parking lot dings and scratches for a 10 year old truck. There is one ding on the rear passenger door that chipped the paint as seen in picture 7. Also clear coat is peeling on rear passenger door as shown in picture 9. Tires are Nitto Terra Grappler 325/65/18 with about 40-50% tread left. Truck has a 4" Pro Comp Lift. Custom built heavy duty bumper on front and back along with headache rack. All power doors, power front seats, 6 disc changer, cold A/C, alarm system, tint, Installed new water pump, not rebuilt, & renewed license tag last month I still have the original stock exhaust and air filter box if buyer wants it to return to stock condition.

2015 Ford Mustang invades SEMA, led by King Cobra
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Ford showcased more than a dozen customized 2015 Mustangs at its sprawling 20,000-square foot display this week at the Las Vegas Convention Center as the iconic pony car's 50th anniversary celebration continued at the SEMA Show.
While Mustangs are always a hot commodity at SEMA, the new generation brought increased attention from the aftermarket, as builders like Galpin Auto Sports, Richard Petty's Garage and Vaughn Gittin Jr. offered their takes on the new 'Stang.
The extensive display included a range of Mustangs from mild to wild, with everything from a 600-plus horsepower King Cobra pictured at the top, to paint-and-wheel packages. The new regal Cobra, which we spied early in our SEMA adventure this year, may not be the replacement for the Cobra Jet as we speculated, but it does seem to point the way forward for the next iteration of a supreme Ford dragster. Fat drag slicks out back make it's reason for being abundantly clear, and for tells us that modded car is good for a 10.97-second quarter-mile run.
George W. Bush's 2009 Ford F-150 fizzles with $300,000 bid at Barrett-Jackson [UPDATE: w/video]
Sun, 20 Jan 2013Despite some truly impassioned pleading from Jay Leno himself - including calling on Arizona's notoriously Republican-rich voters to beat the $600,000 level set the last time Leno sold a vehicle for this particular charity... in California - bidding for George Bush's 2009 Ford F-150 pickup truck stalled at $300,000.
All proceeds will be sent to the Fisher House Foundation, so at least it's $300K going to a good cause. Feel free to check out the live image gallery above, which includes shots showing Leno's skills helming the auction, and read through the official auction description below.
*UPDATE: Video of the auction and Leno's prods to the crowd for more money can now be seen below.
Ford Mustang was almost 'Imported from Detroit'
Wed, Oct 7 2015The Ford Mustang achieved iconic status nearly the moment the sheet came off at the 1964 World's Fair. And if Henry Ford II wasn't getting divorced around that time, the pony car might have been called the Torino and been marketed as 'Imported from Detroit,' according to Automotive News. We'll explain. During research for the new book Once in a Great City: A Detroit Story, author David Maraniss found an interesting connection between Chrysler's (now FCA US) slogan and the Ford Mustang. Before the pony car even had a name, the Blue Oval's advertising agency had the idea to market it as a "brand new import ... from Detroit," according to Automotive News. The vehicle would be sold as "inspired by Italy's great road cars, but straight from Detroit." The name Torino was suggested, as well. However, the real world interfered in making the Mustang Detroit's first import. According to the author, Henry Ford II was getting a divorce, and his future wife was Italian. It was therefore thought to be a bad idea to sell the future pony car as being from Italy. Things clearly changed by the time the Torino hit the streets years later. Related Video:
