2001 Ford F350 7.3 Power Stroke Diesel, Crew Cab, LONG BED in excellent condition. Truck has been regularly serviced and runs strong. I lost my storage space so the truck and trailer have to go. Normally drives in rear wheel drive but also has 4 wheel drive. Gets surprisingly decent gas mileage. I regularly see 20 MPG on the highway. Pulling I always average above 12 even at 75 MPH. Has am electronic brake controller installed that I will leave in the truck. The long bed has a plastic liner and rails for a third wheel hitch. 4 new tires with less than 5000 miles. Everything works. 6 disc changer, ice cold AC. Carpet was replaced with a vinyl/rubber flooring over factory padding with tan floor mats. Makes clean up a breeze. Needs nothing and is ready to go to work. Paint is very good for a 12 year old vehicle. I put a new battery in it in January or February. The only thing that does not work are the back up lights attached to the underside of the rear bumper. The back up warning system works great and has saved me more than once. Prior owner hit a deer and replaced the grill with an updated one. This is a great truck.

Watch Ken Block's scary Rally America crash from inside the cockpit
Wed, 19 Feb 2014Ken Block became famous for his series of Gymkhana videos, but he's a real racer in his own right. Block has competed many rounds in the FIA World Rally Championship and also rallied in the 2013 Rally America series. He nearly won that latter title last year - if not for a massive crash in the final event of the season.
Block and his co-driver Alex Gelsomino went into the Lake Superior Performance Rally needing a win to take the championship. However, missing a clump of dirt on the side of the road and one little word in the pace notes was all it took to catapult Block's Fiesta off the road and into a tumbling accident. Block says his initial reaction was anger because the crash came out of nowhere.
For 2014, Block is joining the FIA World Rallycross Championship for at least three rounds. He'll drive a Ford Fiesta for the Hoonigan Racing Division at the Norwegian, French and Turkish events of the 12-round championship. Former Formula One World Champion Jacques Villeneuve will also compete in the series.
Ford Recalls '13 Escape For 11th Time
Fri, Aug 15 2014Only in dealer showrooms for two years now, the 2013 Ford Escape has already been recalled for safety hazards 11 times. The most recent recall for the beleaguered vehicle came Friday, when the company announced it was recalling almost 160,000 Escapes and Focus ST hatchbacks from the '13 and '14 model years because of a wiring problem that could cause the engine to stall. Caused by a faulty wiring harness, Ford said the defect could result in reduced power, hesitation or outright stalling. The company said it knew of no crashes or injuries caused by the flaw. Customers affected will be notified by mail. It was the latest problem for a vehicle beset by recalls from the moment it started rolling off the assembly lines. Starting on July 6, 2012, the '13 Escapes have been recalled for an assortment of problems, including multiple hazards with fuel lines that could result in engine fires, fluid leaks in the engine that could also result in fires, problems with engines overheating, delays in airbags deploying and more.
