1999 f350 dually 4wd 156000 miles. xlt lariat, tan leather, loaded. the truck is rust free I have owned this truck for about a year and a half. I don't ever use it as I work out of state. this truck is a great truck it has many upgrades--- afe cold air intake, banks intercooler, gauge pods, rear air ride(like a semi) not the cheap stuff, goose neck ball, gear vendors overdrive($4000.00) and ats transmission(I think). All I have done to the truck is put a alternator on it and change the oil. This truck gets 20 mpg at 80 turning 1800 rpm. if you know the 7.3 then you understand that's low rpm for that speed. The bad there is a air line that has a slow leak takes about 24 hrs. to leak down. the gear vendors has a bad wire connection under the carpet should be a easy fix(if you put your foot in the right place it disengages move your foot it engages), passengers fender is broke on the front lower not visible from the side. This is a great running truck that I hate to get rid of but I don't need it. I would drive this truck anywhere. I have a no reserve on this truck so someone is going to get a great deal. if you have any questions please call as I work outside and am not the best computer guy. 317-319-1952 the welder in the second picture is not included in this sale. Autocar pits Formula Ford against Germany's finest
Wed, 25 Sep 2013Ford has quite the racing pedigree, but usually, its racers are relegated to the track. Not the new Formula Ford EcoBoost, though. It's a turbocharged, open-wheeled racer complete with a 200-horsepower, 1.0-liter, three-cylinder engine... and it's legal on the roads of the UK.
That's stressed in this video from Autocar, with the mag going so far as to show the car's tax disc and license plates. Being a road-legal offering, it's tempting to see just how well an open-wheeler that delivers racecar-like performance while also netting over 100 miles per gallon (assume this is on the British cycle, for obvious reasons) stacks up against modern performance cars.
Autocar lined up the Formula Ford against an Audi R8 V10, a BMW M6 Gran Coupe and a Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG in a number of situations to see which would come out on top. Take a look below for the full video.
Meet Shelby Mustang GT500 Miller, Iowa's latest hatchet-wielding criminal
Fri, Jul 11 2014Well, we've found the long-lost cousin of yesterday's Bentley-tattooed criminal from Florida. This is Shelby Mustang GT500 Miller. No, seriously. While his name seems just like the sort of thing we'd expect the Sunshine State to produce, he actually hails from Iowa. Despite coming from the Hawkeye State, Miller was arrested for a decidedly Floridian offense – getting in a bar fight and then returning with a hatchet. The only way this story could be more Florida is if meth, a manatee or bath salts were involved. The fight, which was at the Cheap Seats Sports Bar, started off typically enough, with a verbal argument in the parking lot (please, please let his nemesis be named "Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Smith"). This, naturally, attracted passing police officers. Things were broken up and some friends took Miller to his home, which was apparently just behind the bar. That's when he returned with the hatchet tucked under his shirt. Miller promptly proceeded to take out the implement of destruction in the bar's bathroom and... forget about it entirely. Fortunately, the police hadn't left the area yet. Not surprisingly, Miller was arrested for a parole violation, as well as public intoxication and going armed with intent. Still, cool name, bro.
