Selling my like new condition 2011 f250 XLT 4x4 6.7 diesel supercab short bed with 62k miles. The buy it now price includes an $1800 Ford bumper to bumber warranty good for an additional 3 yrs 36k miles from when I bought it at 55k miles, transferable to the next owner for $75. The only thing I've changed on the truck was the tail pipe, I did not like the look of the OEM double tip, it looked like water heater vent pipe to me. The truck will come with the original or the MBRP tail pipe but not both. At 55k miles the truck had both fuel filters replaced, air filter replaced and a 172 point inspection for the warranty. The truck needs nothing, not even an oil change (2500 miles until next change). I do have a Boss plow mount on the truck that does not come with the truck, it was only used in one storm for my driveway and my families driveways. No commercial use, less than 3 hours of total use.The 8.5ft Boss Plow is available as well and also has a factory warranty with it, like new condition. My asking price is set at trade in value. Please do the research and see how much these trucks are going for at the dealer if you can even find one like this with the same options, cab and bed configuration. Please ask any questions or view the truck in person before bidding/ buying. The truck does have a small lien on it, I will pay it off with a wire transfer to my lender once I have received a deposit. The title will then be shipped over night. I will entertain off Ebay offers so I reserve the right to end the auction early. The fleet/rental report on the vehicle history is due to the original owner of the truck who was the owner of the dealership where the truck came from. It was NOT actually used as a rental or in a fleet.

Consumer Reports declares most and least loved cars [w/video]
Wed, Dec 3 2014Consumer Reports is crunching the numbers from its annual owner-satisfaction survey, and part of that process is finding out how attached drivers are to their cars. CR simply asks readers of models up to three years old if they would buy the same vehicle again in light of their entire ownership experience, and tallies the results. After looking at the responses for about 350,000 vehicles, it turns out that people really love a certain California-built, electrically powered luxury sedan. That's right, this year's the overall winner was the Tesla Model S with a whopping 98 percent of owners saying they would purchase another one (the Model S also won this award last year, with 99 percent satisfaction). The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray came in a close second with 95 percent of drivers hoping to park another one in their garage. A few models weren't quite so favored, though. The Nissan Versa Sedan was the least loved model among its owners; a mere 42 percent said that they would purchase another. The aging Jeep Compass didn't do much better, with just 43 percent of drivers willing to buy the softroader again. On average, about 70 percent of owners say they would buy their car again, and only four cars ranked below 50 percent in CR's findings. Check out the video above to see some of the winners and losers in a few of CR's categories. If you're a subscriber, you can check out the full list on its website. 2015 Ford F-150 enters production
Wed, 12 Nov 2014Ford has given the F-150 a dramatic makeover for 2015, switching to an aluminum body that helps reduce weight by about 700 pounds. Because the truck is dramatically different, Ford also had to change the way it makes the F-150, so we went inside its sprawling factory in Dearborn, MI, this week to see the Blue Oval's new manufacturing techniques in action.
The company has added 850 jobs at the site and upgraded its stamping and tool and die facilities. The body shop is also modernized, and it has been fitted with 500 new robots that join the structures together. The first 2015 F-150 rolled off the line on Tuesday, and the trucks will begin arriving in dealerships in December. Get a closer look at the F-150's unique assembly process in our video.
Ford lowers MPG ratings on six vehicles
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Ford has announced that it will be lowering the fuel economy ratings on a number of its 2013 and 2014 model year vehicles after an error was discovered in the company's internal testing data. The EPA has been notified.
Worryingly for Ford, the vast majority of the vehicles affected are hybrids, including the C-Max, Fusion and MKZ in both hybrid and plug-in varieties (where applicable). Also covered as part of the rerating is the entire lineup of 2014 Fiesta engines, with the exception of the ST, including the turbocharged, three-cylinder EcoBoost.
The C-Max was originally rated at 47/47/47 mpg, but dropped to 43/45/40 last year and now to 40/42/37.
