Ford 2002 F-250 Superduty Xlt 4x4 V-10 Triton Crew Cab Long Bed Pickup on 2040-cars
Jemez Springs, New Mexico, United States
Up for sale
is a Ford 02 F250 Super Duty XLT 4wd V-10 Triton Crewcab Long Bed with
automatic transmission. The truck has been gently used and everything is in
excellent working condition. It seems that 99 percent of the time I am the only
one in the truck hauling mostly air which is kind of a waste of a long bed,
crew cab. So, I'm looking to downsize. The only thing wrong with the truck is
the peeling tint on the driver and passenger windows thanks to an inept
installer, the few minor dents as shown in the photos which are typical of a truck this age and possibly the bushings may need replacing, (I bought polyurethan bushings but haven't had time to put them in). I'm the second owner and have owned it since 2004. First owner was a
resident of North Texas as shown in the original Owner's Manual. Current mileage is 143,089 miles and still in
use, but not my daily driver. Kelly Blue Book value is $10,113.00. NADA Consumer Clean Retail is $10,575.00. I might be open to a partial trade for an older Nissan, Toyota,
Mazda, Ranger or S10 extended cab 4x4 pickup.

Ford to hack $4k off price of Focus EV amid slow sales
Wed, 10 Jul 2013Between slow sales and a hefty price drop for its nearest rival, the Ford Focus Electric may be looking at a pretty substantial price cut. The Detroit News is reporting that Ford will drop the price of the all-electric by about $4,000 to $35,200 to be more competitive with the Nissan Leaf, which received a big price cut for 2013 down to $28,800.
Ford has already admitted to having low expectations for the car's sales and massive rebates were reported earlier in the year, but there is still no official word from Ford on this matter. The company's consumer site still lists the 2014 model's starting price as $39,200. In addition to the Leaf, the Focus Electric will also have to deal with the lower prices of smaller EVs including the Honda Fit EV, Fiat 500e and the Chevrolet Spark EV.
2015 Ford Mustang Convertible makes inappropriate appearance in Detroit [w/video]
Tue, 14 Jan 2014With the polar vortex fresh in the minds of Autoblog's Detroit-based staff, we're finding it funny that any manufacturer would choose January in the Motor City to show off a new and highly anticipated convertible to the general media and public for the first time. But Ford has done just that, giving us our first real peek at the new Mustang Convertible in the flesh.
The new Mustang Convertible is more or less unchanged from the standard coupe, with some subtle styling tweaks to accommodate the retractable soft top. Engine and transmission choices are identical to the hardtop, although we should expect slightly lower performance due to the hardware for the roof. Like the coupe, neither prices nor performance metrics have been published yet for the convertible.

PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]
Wed, 19 Jun 2013PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. Head over to PickupTrucks.com to read the full evaluation and the final results. You may be shocked to see exactly where some of the segment's newest additions placed. You can also watch a video on the test below.
