This is a 2006 Ford F-250 Lariat FX4 Crew Cab Four Wheel Drive truck with the 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel Engine. This has been my personal daily driver truck for the last two years. We purchased this truck from Farmers Insurance Company as a Theft. There are Scratches to the Right Fender and Upper Bumper Cover. There are also Scratches around the Drivers Door Handle. I have put right at about 30,000 miles on this truck in the last two years. It is a very Clean Truck inside and Out. It has not been off road or on gravel. Interior is very nice and Clean. The bed has a Spray in Liner and is very Clean. The Tires are Nitto and only have about 8,000 miles on them. In the last 10,000 miles all the injectors and glowplugs were replaced. The batteries and FICM were also replaced. Oil Changed every 5,000 miles, and I also changed the fuel filters when the oil was changed. Really Nice Truck that drives and pulls great. I pull a 30 foot enclosed trailer to about 4 Corvette Shows a Year. This Truck has a Arkansas Previous Damage Title from the Previous Theft Claim from the Insurance Company Paying off the truck. The Truck Does not Look Like it has ever been wrecked, just the scratches noted. This Truck Did not have a Trailer Brake Controller in it Before I purchased it. Truck is Loaded with options and everything works. 20 inch wheels and Leather Steering Wheel Controls and all. I have a new front upper bumper Cover that goes with the truck and a nice used front Chrome Bumper and all new Emblems for the truck. Scratches will all be touched up. Does not include the tool box, it is just sitting in the truck and not bolted down or have holes in the bed. If you have any questions please give us a call at 870-932-2388 Thanks Andy

MyFord Touch getting second update, extended warranty
Wed, 28 Nov 2012There is no doubt that Ford has had its hands full fielding complaints with its MyFord Touch and MyLincoln Touch systems these days, but looking to keep its customers happy, Ford is once again upgrading its infotainment systems and extending the warranties. Despite having just sent out updates for its systems back in March, Automotive News says that customers are still complaining about the speed and ease of use.
Vehicles with MyFord Touch will now get a five-year, unlimited-mile warranty, while the MyLincoln Touch will have a six-year, unlimited-mile warranty. Previously, the systems were covered under basic warranties (three-year, 36,000-mile for Ford and four-year, 60,000-miles for Lincoln).
What is being referred to as "version 3.5" for the MyFord Touch and MyLincoln Touch systems will be mailed out (or downloaded) next month for owners of cars without navigation and in January for cars with nav. Owners of hybrids, plug-ins and electric vehicles will get the update sometime in the first quarter of next year.
'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars
Wed, 30 Jul 2014The old saying goes that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.
2015 Galpin Ford GTR1
Mon, 25 Aug 2014Last year in Monterey, we met GTR1 for the first time. Galpin Auto Sports pulled the wraps off its Ford GT-based supercar, powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.4-liter V8 good for a whopping 1,024 horsepower and 739 pound-feet of torque. The thing was totally custom-made and reportedly took some 12,000 man hours to create. And there it sat on the Pebble Beach grass, $1,000,000-plus price tag and all.
This year, the Galpin was back, albeit with one big change. That twin-turbo engine? Gone. In its place, a 5.4-liter V8 with a 4.0-liter Whipple supercharger bolted on, delivering an astonishing 1,058 hp and 992 lb-ft of torque on 110-octane fuel. 0-60? 2.9 seconds. Top speed? Somewhere above 225 miles per hour.
"Some things to keep in mind: no stability control, no traction control," were the only warnings given by Galpin's Brandon Boeckmann before taking me on a quick spin in the supercar. And after having my eyes thrown into the back of my skull a few times, laughing hysterically and trying to regain full use of my hearing after my ear drums being bombarded by the apocalyptic roar behind me, Brandon pulled over and said it was my turn, if I was ready to take the wheel.
