Hi, you are biding on a 2013 Ford F-150 XLT w/extended cab 4x4 that has 8630 miles. The truck sustained damage to both the left and right side and top of the vehicle and is being sold as is damaged with a salvage title. Truck starts, runs, and drives. The interior of truck appears to be in excellent condition with no major tears, scratches or stains. This truck comes equipped with most of the amenities that Ford has to offer. It is spacious on the inside and also has plenty of room in the bed area for all your hauling needs. The truck will need the following parts: Front bumper assembly, Left front door, Left and right fender, left and right door mirrors, 2 tires and 2 wheels, roof skin, two wheels, two tires and mouldings. Mounting clips and misc hardware may also be needed. Parts can be found at Car-part or at www.ebay.com. The truck is available for inspection locally and if you have any questions please feel free to call me at 502 817 2972. Truck is being sold as is damaged with a salvage title.The glass is good in the vehicle. The doors all open and shut. The left A post next to the windshield has some damage on it, but can be repaired. Both bedside have damage on them but can be repaired. The vehicle also has good airbags threw out the vehicle. Peel and Ford Transit do a great Austin Powers impression
Tue, May 6 2014It's no secret that the average fullsize cargo van is big. Like, really big. Expressing that size, though, without actually seeing the van in question, is a pretty tall order. When viewed from the right angle, even something as big as a cargo van can appear very small (look up forced perspective, to see what we mean). That's why it's always good to have a second object on hand, to provide a sense of scale. Ford took this simple idea to the extreme, illustrating the size of the new Ford Transit by pulling the world's smallest production car, the Peel P50, nose first into the van's 487-cubic-foot cargo area. That's no big deal, though, right? After all, at just 54 inches long and 39 inches wide, the Peel would fit quite happily in even the smallest fullsize truck bed. Ford takes it a step further, though. With the help of an actual reverse gear (we're guessing this is a CVT-equipped, electric model), the P50 manages to turn itself around and drive out. 2015 Ford Mustang production starts in Flat Rock
Thu, 28 Aug 2014Today's the day, Ford fans. Production has officially commenced on the sixth-generation 2015 Mustang at the company's Flat Rock, MI factory. As production ramps up, sales should kick off in the coming months.
The production news isn't just a bit deal for American fans. With the new Mustang getting a bespoke right-hand-drive variant, the pony car's worldwide availability has swollen to include 120 different countries, including its home nation.
"Mustang is and will continue to be an automotive icon," Joe Hinrichs, Ford's president of the Americas, said in a statement. "Expanding its availability globally affords our customers around the world the opportunity to have a true firsthand Mustang experience - one unlike any other."
Justin Bell makes a horrible policeman

Let us rephrase that: Justin Bell, a racecar driver and the host of Motor Trend's World's Fastest Car Show, recently got behind the wheel of a 5.0-liter Ford Mustang police car with Sergeant Daniel Shrubb, co-founder of DRAGG (Drag Racing Against Gangs and Graffiti), and proved that his high-performance-driving skillset is a bit too aggressive for police duty.
While it's easy to get carried away in a Mustang GT, a patrol car driver must maintain some sort of restraint while pursuing a criminal, so as not to come off as a reckless driver to the public. We'll admit, some pursuit techniques are counter-intuitive to performance driving (stay off the gas in a lane-change exercise?), but Bell's judicious use of the handbrake can't be normal procedure.
