2012 Ford Raptor Super Crew 6.2L loaded!
30,100 miles, mostly highway on I-80 and I-5

I purchased this Raptor in January 2012 from a dealer in Sedalia, MO where I used to live.  I recently moved to Oregon and have been back and fourth twice making 5 total trips at 2,000 miles each.  I was residing in the country about an hour from work and commuting up and down I-5 5 days a week for 3 months making approximately the next 9,000 miles.  Given how much unexpected driving I have been doing along with how much I will likely be doing in the near future it is time for me to part with my beloved Raptor.

I have babied this truck, detailing it inside and out as frequently as every weekend weather permitting. (including multiple hand washes, clay bar, and wax)  I has seen very little snow, even less mud, and has had its oil changed with Mobile 1 5-20 synthetic and K&N oil filters every 3-5k miles for the last three changes.  Before I started changing it my self the dealer(s) had done the changes with Motorcraft oil and filter every 3k miles.  It's air filter has been replaced with a K&N filter which did seem to improve its low end responsiveness.

If you have any questions or would like to see any pictures taken of anything specific not shown in this listing please do use the ''Ask Seller a Question" button.  If you include a phone number where you can be reached I will call you.  I do have a job and work during the day.  Remember I'm in the pacific time zone so it could be 3 hours earlier here depending on where you are located.

I will give the factory window sticker to the winner of this auction.  It reads:
Base price                      $45,470
Total Options                 $8,410
Destination & Delivery  $995
                           Total: $54,875
We all know dealers don't sell these trucks for sticker.  While having the dealership do an alignment and a once over on my truck I inquired about a new 2013, they said the last 2012 they sold went for $7,000 OVER sticker.

Options:
Tailgate step ($375 Option)
Box Side Graphics Package ($1,075)
Sony Navigation / 700w sound ($2,470)
Front & Rear Camera System ($525)
Power Moonroof ($995)
Luxury Package ($2,970)
Power adjustable pedals
Power folding heated signal mirrors
Homelink / integrated garage door opener
Electronic auto temp control
Remote start
Trailer brake controller
Leather front & rear seats
Power driver & Passenger seats
Heated and cooled driver and passenger seats

New GoodYear Duratrac 315 70 17 tires at 27k miles with a nation wide road hazard warranty.  These tires are amazing on Wet, Icy, or Snow Covered roads.  They are the same as the factory size and have no clearance issues.  They are in fact legal traction devices as they do have the snowflake symbol.  ($1400)

Window tint: The rear windows were factory tinted to approximately 25% so the front side windows were professionally tinted to match.  The color matches perfectly and the windshield lets so much light in it looks like 35%.  The driver side has a scratch that is lightly visible from the inside but I cant tell from the outside.  ($150)

Still under factory warranty:
3 year 36k mile bumper to bumper
5 year 60k mile power train
5 year 60k roadside assistance

Negatives:
The bed has scratches from hauling a 4-wheeler to and from the coast for 3 trips before I purchased a trailer.
There are some small rock chips in the hood, approximately 5 very small ones and one about the size of number 2 pencil lead.
There is one small ding in the bottom corner of the front passenger door, approximately the size of a pencil eraser.
~~~~~None of these defects are noticeable without me pointing them out to you~~~~~
~~I am only disclosing any defects that I am aware of so that there are ZERO surprises. ~~
Local pickup by the purchaser WITH ID is preferred.  The title will only be signed over to the person showing proper state issued ID.  This truck will only ship at your expense after your payment has completely cleared the bank.  Either with my bank verifying it is clear or after 10 banking days not including weekends or holidays.  Once it has cleared the title will be signed over to you, and a lien release will be sent next day air FedEx or UPS whichever is more economical from my bank located in Sedalia, MO.  To save YOU money I am willing to drive the truck to you if you pay for the fuel, and we meet near a major airport where I can catch a ride home (lower 48 states only).  This will need to be arranged in a way that my one way plane ticket is cheaper than $200 or else you will cover the difference.  If you want a common carrier to pick up this truck I will need a notarized letter proving your identity before I will release the truck.  If common carrier shipping this vehicle is only for sale to bidders in the 50 states, if I am driving it to you it is only available to the lower 48 states.
If you are the winning bidder you must immediately send a $500 deposit via Paypal.  This deposit will be refunded to you if and when your payment clears the bank with the exception of if I am driving the truck to you.  Fuel can be reimbursed with cash upon arrival OR will be subtracted from the deposit and the remainder refunded to you.
This truck is listed locally and nationally in other locations.  I reserve the right to end this auction early at any time due to a local sale on another site.  This truck is also my daily driver, while I no longer commute an hour to work each day I would expect to accrue 1-200 miles a week.  It will remain my daily driver until your payment clears the bank NO EXCEPTIONS.
How the Ram Multifunction Tailgate compares to Ford, GMC, Honda
Wed, Feb 6 2019
Ram just announced its Multifunction Tailgate — a descriptive if not very creative name. It's an asymmetrical barn-door arrangement, which can both fold down like a conventional tailgate or swing open like a gate. There's a new bed step, but unlike Ford or GM, the step isn't part of the tailgate itself. Rather, it kicks out from under the bumper (as opposed to out from under the driver's side of the rear bumper in its previous incarnation). So let's just focus on the tailgate functionality. A video of the Ram Multifunction Tailgate in action is above. For one, either of the swinging tailgate sections can be opened independently. They open to a full 88 degrees. In conventional flip-down mode, the tailgate works just like a normal one, too, with a 2,000-pound rating. The bottom line is that while it gives a variety of types of access to the load area, it doesn't "do" anything else. It's a $995 option on any Ram 1500. Its closest analogue is the Honda Ridgeline, which works basically the same way, but on that truck the tailgate swings as one piece. And the Honda's load rating isn't as hefty as the Ram's tailgate: 300 pounds. As Honda says, that's sufficient to hold the weight of the part of an ATV hanging out of the bed, or something similar, but it's a lighter-duty unit (and a lighter-duty truck) than the Ram's overall. Let's also get Ford's one-trick tailgate out of the way before comparing to the more analogous, and complicated, GM MultiPro. A bit of trivia: Ford's optional Tailgate Step is actually designed and supplied by Multimatic, better known as the outfit that builds the Ford GT and produces the DSSV spool-valve shocks. This step has been available for years. It pulls out of the top edge of the tailgate when the tailgate is lowered, deploying a single step. A separate handle pulls out from beside the step and flips up, giving a handhold. While it was initially (and infamously) mocked by competitors, with load floor heights as high as they are it's better than toting around a stepstool. It's currently a $375 standalone option. Now we get to the GMC MultiPro tailgate, the most complicated and multi-functioned around. It's essentially a tailgate within a tailgate, with a fold-out stopper that deploys from the inner tailgate. This gives it several functions depending on the position of all the parts. It can still be used like a normal tailgate, dropping down at the push of a button or using the key fob.
Mustang pinball game will feature art by Ford GT designer
Fri, 13 Dec 2013
To celebrate 50 years of Mustang, Ford and Stern Pinball are collaborating on a new pinball machine that will feature the muscle car in all its glory, Polygon reports. Even better, Camilo Pardo, the guy who designed the Ford GT, will provide art for the table; Tanner Foust, Top Gear USA host and professional driver, will handle narrating duties; and a Sony Music soundtrack spanning five decades will provide the tunes.
"The Mustang is one of the most iconic, American cars ever made... What better way to celebrate 50 years of Mustang than with the launch of the Ford Mustang pinball game?" says Stern Pinball CEO Gary Stern.
Watch the promotional trailer for the upcoming Mustang pinball machine below, which will have to hold you over until pricing and availability are announced in early 2014.
