Recently had tune up and a tie rod replaced. Also had a 4 wheel alignment.
Tires have between 5/32 and 6/32 tread. There is a full size spare.
Everything works GREAT on this truck (except AC, which works, but needs to be charged to be really cold).
Check engine light is on, but when I had the tune up, they told me it is an exhaust back code, and it's nothing to be worried about.
The ash tray is missing.
4WD works excellent in HI and in LO. After shifting back into 2WD, the "4x4" light stays on for a while, but it is definitely back into 2WD. Again, no big deal.
Again, this is a 14 year old truck, and cosmetically, it shows some minor wear! (some small amounts of rust here and there, small dents, dings, scuffs, scratches, on the body. Under the truck has surface rust on frame, but nothing serious).
Interior of this truck is in GREAT condition. There is a small hole on the left side of the driver's seat (see pics).
Overall, this truck is in GREAT condition! Fly in, drive home, take it work the next day!
Autocheck Score for this truck should be "81" This truck scores "88".
Kelly Blue Book Price on this truck is $6,500
NADA Price is: $6,450
I am selling this truck in "AS IS" condition. I do my best to describe an item as accurately as possible. I am not a mechanic
or a body man. I know that for a 14 year old truck, this one runs and drives great.
Please email me with your questions or concerns BEFORE you buy! I can take pics of anything you need.

Peel and Ford Transit do a great Austin Powers impression
Tue, May 6 2014It's no secret that the average fullsize cargo van is big. Like, really big. Expressing that size, though, without actually seeing the van in question, is a pretty tall order. When viewed from the right angle, even something as big as a cargo van can appear very small (look up forced perspective, to see what we mean). That's why it's always good to have a second object on hand, to provide a sense of scale. Ford took this simple idea to the extreme, illustrating the size of the new Ford Transit by pulling the world's smallest production car, the Peel P50, nose first into the van's 487-cubic-foot cargo area. That's no big deal, though, right? After all, at just 54 inches long and 39 inches wide, the Peel would fit quite happily in even the smallest fullsize truck bed. Ford takes it a step further, though. With the help of an actual reverse gear (we're guessing this is a CVT-equipped, electric model), the P50 manages to turn itself around and drive out. It does this in less than two minutes. So yeah, the Ford Transit is a pretty big van. Take a look below for the video from Ford. This content is hosted by a third party. Exceptionally rare '65 Ford GT40 Roadster prototype up for auction
Sat, 14 Jun 2014Think of mid-engined supercars and your mind is bound to gravitate towards Europe, but the United States has been known to make a handful from time to time - exceptional vehicles from the likes of Vector, SSC, Mosler, Hennessey, and Saleen. But long before any of those came around, Ford famously became obsessed with beating Ferrari at its own game, leading to the development of the iconic GT40.
The story is well known, sending Ford to the checkered flag at Le Mans four times in a row in the late 1960s. Ford and Shelby also built over 100 for public consumption, but just four of them were roadsters. Of those only one remains in original condition, and now that exceedingly rare example going up for auction.
Consigned to RM Auctions for its mid-August sale during Pebble Beach weekend in Monterey, California, this 1965 model is the first GT40 Roadster built. It was used as a development and demonstration vehicle for Ford and Shelby. Carroll Shelby himself drove Henry Ford II in this very car during one of many test and demo events, this time held for Ford's board of directors in Los Angeles.
Hear the 2015 Mustang GT V8 roar for the first time
Wed, 26 Jun 2013Our combined knowledge of the 2015 Ford Mustang continues to deepen, as spy shooters have begun to compile video and audio of the upcoming sixth-generation car.
Case in point is this latest series of video clips, which not only gives us a great vantage point of the Mustang in motion, but also allows us to hear the Ford V8 engine and exhaust. After perusing the aural delights of this short video, which, admittedly, doesn't catch the Mustang GT at full song, we can at least say that the throaty exhaust isn't disappointing.
Chances are good that the 2015 Mustang GT will debut with some version of the current (and excellent) Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine, though we're unclear as to whether or not the motor has been massaged for its next-gen debut, or what may have been done to exhaust plumbing. At this point, we're just happy to hear the pony run. Scroll below to hear for yourself.
