1993 Ford F150 Clean Title many new parts with receipts for everything stated below.

I have up for auction, a 1993 ford f150 2 wheel drive pickup with fiberglass topper with all new hydraulic cylinders on topper.

This is a daily driven work or school truck, it starts every time, drives straight, no need for tweaking things to keep it running. Even on the coldest days it will start. It won't over heat on the hottest days. I traded a car for this truck, from a farmer in Nebraska. I had to go through everything, to make it a good truck. I have receipts for all the parts I installed and receipts done by professional mechanics. Only 6 months ago. Buyer will receive all this information. Body wise it is somewhat hard on the eyes, but, in a mild sense. The factory aluminum rims helps the eye to wander from the rust.

I have replaced the following parts on this truck with New parts, it can save you thousands in repair cost. As far as the rust, what would that be? 45 dollars in Bondo and 100 dollars in labor, just to make it presentable? Everyone needs a vehical to make it from A to B or even C and then back again.

Brand New with $4500 in parts and labor receipts, dating from 2012 nothing earlier than that! Buyer will receive all receipts to date. Oil pan leak, maybe somebody out there knows why it leaks, and could be a easy fix. My lost, is your gain.

NEW  Front windshield and rear sliding locking glass

NEW  Windshield wiper arms and blades

NEW  Front and rear Monroe Heavy Duty shocks

NEW  Front and Rear Fuel tanks, in tank fuel pumps, in tank fuel sending units, in line fuel filters

NEW  Exhaust system from Catalytic converter to tail pipe

NEW  Valve cover gasket

NEW  Serpentine belt

Power steering main case drive gear unit replaced

NEW  Oil pan gasket, NOTE! ( But still has a small Leaks?)

NEW  plug wires, plugs, rotor, distributor cap, oil sending unit.

Front bench seat with electric adjustments. needs to be wired still to function

This truck could be driven to it's new destination, but, bring some 10w40 oil.

This truck was exposed to salt, and has the rust around the fenders like most do, although minor rust damage, this is still a NEW parts survival truck in mechanical sense.

I don't care much for looks, I depend on reliability! It has roughly 168500 miles on a dependable truck, no rough driving, no slamming the pedal to the floor. I just gave up on this truck, due to a oil pan leak and missing windshield trim on the upper drivers side and drivers side inside plastic door handle.

The truck is located at 523 Main Ave. St. Maries, Idaho 83861 I have a friend a Guns-N-Pawn that allowed me to park it here, due to I live up on mountain. This will save shipping cost, due to my back woods location. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Through Ebay email service or call me direct. 1 208 245 0415 ask for Troy. Please state Ebay Bidder and or the 1993 F150 on auction. I also have a answering machine, also please state Ebay bidder on the 1993 F150.

Thank You! For looking, and for the bids you may place on my auction.

Our interview with Jeremy Clarkson and James May, plus SEMA! | Autoblog Podcast #491

Fri, Nov 4 2016

This week, David Gluckman and Mike Austin talk SEMA madness, mis-aligned steering wheels, wireless charging, McLarens (they're sports cars!), and decals. We also have an excerpt from a recent interview with James May and Jeremy Clarkson of The Grand Tour and Top Gear fame. As always, we talk about a variety of cars we've been driving and then respond to some questions from listeners. And as a bonus, there's a trivia question mixed in. The rundown is below. Remember, if you have a car-related question you'd like us to answer or you want questionable buying advice of your very own, send a message or a voice memo to podcast at autoblog dot com. Oh, and please send trivia questions! You'll get the honor of stumping your fellow listeners, and we'll thank you too. Ford made three big mistakes in calculating MPG for 2013 C-Max Hybrid

Tue, Jun 17 2014

It's been a rough time for the official fuel economy figures for the Ford C-Max Hybrid. When the car was released in 2012, Ford made a huge deal about how it would beat the Toyota Prius V, which was rated at 42 combined miles per gallon, 44 city and 40 highway. The Ford? 47 mpg across the board. How did Ford come to this place, where its Prius-beater turned into an also-ran? Well, after hearing customer complaints and issuing a software update in mid-2013, then discovering a real problem with the numbers last fall and then making a big announcement last week that the fuel economy ratings of six different 2013 and 2014 model year vehicles would need to be lowered, the C-Max Hybrid has ended up at 40 combined, 42 city and 37 highway. In other words, the Prius trumps it, as daily drivers of those two vehicles have known for a long time. The changes will not only affect the window sticker, but also the effect that the C-Max Hybrid (and the five other Ford vehicles that had their fuel economy figures lowered last week) have on Ford's compliance with greenhouse gas and CAFE rules for model year 2013 and 2014. How did Ford come to this place, where its Prius-beater turned into an also-ran? There are two technical answers to that question, which we've got below, as well as some context for how Ford's mistakes will play out in the bigger world of green vehicles. Let's start with Ford's second error, which is easy to do since we documented it in detail last year (the first, needing to do a software update, was also covered). The basic gist is that Ford used the general label rule (completely legally) to test the Fusion Hybrid and use those numbers to figure out how efficient the C-Max Hybrid is. That turned out to be a mistake, since the two vehicles are different enough that their numbers were not comparable, despite having the same engine, transmission and test weight, as the rules require. You can read more details here. Ford's Said Deep admitted that the TRLHP issue is completely separate from the general label error from last year. Now let's move on to last week's announcement. What's interesting is that the new recalculation of the MPG numbers – downward, of course – was caused by a completely separate issue, something called the Total Road Load Horsepower (TRLHP). Ford's Said Deep admitted to AutoblogGreen that the TRLHP issue had nothing to do with the general label error from last year.

Ford Fusion demand outstripping supply

Sat, 15 Jun 2013

The attractive new 2013 Ford Fusion has done wonders for the brand in the highly competitive midsize sedan segment - the vehicle is up nearly 22 percent compared to last year. But that sales momentum may soon hold steady due to low inventory levels of the new Fusion across the United States.
According to a report in The Detroit News, citing automotive data and Ward's Auto, Ford currently has a 39-day supply of the Fusion. That might sound fine, but a normally healthy average is about a 60-day supply. If Ford were to stop production on the Fusion today, there would only be enough vehicles available to get through another five weeks of sales, according to the News.
Currently, Ford produces the Fusion at its three-shift assembly plant in Hermosillo, Mexico, and will add production at its facility in Flat Rock, MI later this year. A Ford spokesperson told The Detroit News that when Flat Rock production comes online, the automaker will need to rush new stock out to the regions with the most demand for the Fusion. Ford has doubled its coastal retail market share, with huge amounts of growth in areas like Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami, the News reports.
