FOR SALE IS A 1977 FORD F-150 4X4 SHORT BED TRUCK, 351 ENGINE RUNS GOOD, AUTOMATIC SHIFTS FINE, GOOD TIRES/265/75/15, 4X4 SHIFTS AND WORKS GOOD,MUST HAVE A CAM IN THE ENG. SOUNDS LIKE HITS/RUNS/SOUNDS GOOD, DUAL EXHST., 4:11 GEARS, 750 CARBURATOR..MAY BE A BIT MUCH FOR IT,CLEAR TITLE AND IS/CAN BE A DAILY DRIVER IF YOU WANT TO SHELL OUT THE $$$ FOR GAS NOW. WAS A YOUNG MANS TOY I GUESS TILL HE HAD TO PAY FOR GAS...SO HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED IT SO I DID. HE TOOK CARE OF THE TRUCK TO MY KNOWLEDGE AND NEVER HAD THE GREAT BIG TIRES ON IT AND DROVE IT EVERY DAY TO WORK 36 MILES 1 WAY FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. DOES NOT LOOK TO BE ABUSED WHOEVER HAD IT BEFORE HIM, MILEAGE IS IM THINKING 28160 CLOSE TO THAT AND YES IM SURE ITS PROB. 100 OR 200K ON IT BUT HE HAD THE REAR END , TRANSFER CASE,AND TRANS REBUILT AND HAD ENGINE BUILT TO RUN AND SOUND GOOD.INTERIOR IS ALL THERE IN GOOD COND. W/NEW GRANT STEERING WHEEL AND NEW DASH PAD/BLACK. EXTERIOR...HOOD AS COUPLE OF SMALL PLACES WHERE IT HAS BONDO COMMING THRU AS DOES AROUND THE REAR WHEEL WELLS BUT NOT TOO BAD IVE SEEN MUCH WORSE THAN THIS AND ON THE DRIVERS SIDE VERY REAR LOOKS LIKE HE RAN IN A HOLE OR OVER SOMTHING TO DENT UP ABOUY 2" OF IT..COULD PROB. BE PULLED BACK OUT. TAILGATE WORKS AS IT SHOULD RIDES SMOOTH, AND NOT MUCH PLAY IN THE STEERING AT ALL AS MOST OF THESE DO SO IM GUESSING HE MAY OF HAD THAT FIXED TO, I KNOW HE SAID HE SPENT OVER 6K IN IT TO BE DEPENDABLE. TO ME ITS A NICE LOOKING TRUCK AND PROJECT BUT AT MY AGE I WILL JUST SELL IT, JUST DONT HAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY FOR ALL THAT ANYMORE....BUT I ONCE DID!!! BID W/CONFIDENCE I DROVE IT MYSELF AND RUNS/DRIVES GOOD, I DONT WANT IT TO SIT IN MY DRIVEWAY AND GO BAD DUE TO NO ONE DRIVING IT.

Former Ford CEO Mulally won't run for president
Mon, 15 Sep 2014Alan Mulally will not be following his successful term as president and CEO of Ford Motor Company with a run at an even bigger presidency. Rumors that the 68-year-old former Boeing exec would make a run at the White House sprouted after his apparent dodging of a reporter's questions about a potential candidacy during a forum in Indianapolis.
"I really think it's important that we all pull together. We really need to pull together around a compelling vision for our country and a comprehensive strategy to do it and work together. We really need to do it," Mulally said at the conference, according to The Detroit News.
He's since clarified by saying, "[I'm] honored at the suggestion, but that is not a role I am considering."
