Nice survivor 1964 Ford F 100 Custom Cab 2WD pickup with great running 292 V8 and Cruisomatic. I am the third owner. Original owner put the camper on at time of purchase. Second owner purchased it a few years ago as a project / investment and did not do much but put it in storage. I purchased it recently and have had the transmission serviced. Doesn't need anything else. Brakes done by second owner and have very few miles on them. Interior has been reupholstered within the last few years and is in immaculate condition. Glass and locks are all good. Instruments and lights all work well. Body is super straight with only minimal rust. Cab corners are a bit crusty but still solid. Floors are solid. Original floor mats in perfect condition. Paint is presentable but not great. Nice bumpers on both ends. The camper is nice - clean and usable. Dual battery setup. Starts right up and runs like a top. The 292 has great power.

The 2015 Ford Mustang is not so mellow in yellow
Tue, 14 Jan 2014When we first saw the 2015 Ford Mustang, much was made of its new, more expressive color palette, which includes the return of both yellow and orange in addition to a new grayish shade, Guard. At that time, we didn't have anything to look at but a few small scale models painted in the new colors - the only Mustangs on display were in Race Red.
For its auto show debut here at in the Motor City, Ford has trotted out a couple of as-yet-unseen shades, including the striking Triple Yellow shown above. The new shade marks a return to a paint color that enthusiasts have been clamoring for, and we must say, it looks excellent under the lights of Cobo Hall.
Stat wise, there are still a number of questions we have about the redesigned Mustang. None of the three engines have had official power figures published. The same goes for pricing information, although if any loose-lipped execs let something slip in Detroit, we'll be sure to let you know. Ford EcoBoost smashes records at Daytona
Thu, 10 Oct 2013Some mighty machines have lapped the banks of the Daytona International Speedway over the years: thunderous V8-powered stock cars, Le Mans-conquering Group C prototypes, open-wheel Champ Cars, knee-dragging superbikes... heck, the infield lake has even hosted powerboat racing. But this - this is the fastest car ever to lap the legendary raceway.
What you're looking at is the new Daytona Prototype being prepared by Riley Technologies for the new United SportsCar Championship. The car, released just last week, is powered by a new 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 from Ford's EcoBoost family, and just obliterated the top speed at the track with a blistering 222.971 miles per hour through the traps.
That's enough to annihilate the previous record that was set, also under Ford power, by Bill Elliott while placing his Thunderbird on pole for the 1987 Daytona 500 that he would go on to win. His 210.364 mph record had stood for 26 years until now.

Fri, 22 Feb 2013It never ceases to amaze us how much video production talent you can find on YouTube, especially when considering movies like Battleship actually exist on the silver screen. It's even better, of course, when cars are involved, which is why we can't stop watching this car chase between a pair of radio controlled Ford Mustangs.
Racing through a detailed set built in the middle of a public street using just "cardboard, hot glue and spray paint," this video is possibly even greater than The Greatest R/C Car Chase Ever that we saw last year. With the exception of a fruit stand and/or a plate-glass window being carried across the street, this has all the makings of a classic cliché chase scene.
