Nice running Expedition that has just been inspected in January. At that time new front brakes and rotors, new left front hub bearing, new front lower ball joints were installed. Also recently replaced were the fuel pump and alternator.
What I know that needs attention:
The rear brakes are like new but there is a pulsation from the brake rotors. The interior has some rips and there are some stains- I tried to picture the worst of it. There is some body damage to the left rear bumper cover and the quarter panel above it and there are a couple of spots of rust ( I have pictures posted showing the damage). One tire shows some wear only on one edge.
This is a decent truck that I drive back and forth to work. The four wheel drive works well and there are no warning lights or other problems. Feel free to ask any questions.

Mazda Turnpike in Japan shut down for racing
Mon, Dec 29 2014The people behind Motorhead Magazine in Japan clearly have some friends in high places. Not only did they manage to shutdown eight kilometers of the Mazda Turnpike up the Hakone mountain, but they invited some of the country's premiere racers to take a drive up the hill. This wasn't just a Sunday cruise either. Featuring a BMW Z4 from the Super GT series, a classic Ford GT40, two flavors of Nissan GT-R and two takes on the Subaru Impreza WRX STI, these guys came ready to run. When an opportunity to let racecars challenge a curvy mountain road presents itself, you don't squander it. Thankfully, the folks at Motorhead knew that and outfitted the course with a plethora of cameras and high-quality sound equipment to capture the action. The result is nothing short of sublime. Ford GT to be revived, Le Mans battle upcoming
Sun, 05 Oct 2014Ford dominated the 24 Hours of Le Mans from 1966 to 1969, scoring four consecutive wins. Wouldn't it be great if the Blue Oval could go back to France for the 50th anniversary of that performance and show it can still compete in international endurance racing? Actually, the latest rumors indicate that could be exactly the case, and the car taking that checkered flag could be another revival of the Ford GT.
As the rumblings go, Ford wants to use a new supercar to take another crack at Le Mans, after considering some other possible alternatives. Substantiating these musings are reports that a Blue Oval rep was reportedly on hand for a recent meeting about 2016 GTE-Class rules, according to Road and Track. That would put the new GT in the same racing class as the Corvette, Ferrari 458 Italia, Porsche 911 and others.
It's not all about racing, though. If you win on Sunday, you want something to be able to sell on Monday. The revived GT is reportedly still a mid-engine supercar, but the exact engine is unclear. It's possible that it could even be shown or announced at the Detroit auto show in January, according to Motor Trend.

Wed, 27 Mar 2013We said they'd probably be out with an official video, we did not lie. The Hennessey-powered camouflage Ford GT sat at one end of the runway at the Texas Mile sitting still. At the other end of the runway it had broken its own speed record, the twin-turbo 5.7-liter V8 pushing the aerodynamic supercar up to 267.6 miles per hour, a 4.3-mph improvement over the old mark.
There's not much in the video you haven't already seen, this just makes it official. That said, who doesn't want to see a twin-turbo Ford GT set an incredible speed record? You can watch it below.
