Hello - this is a solid Expedition w/ a 5.4L TRITON engine - its an ex-police vehicle and runs strong ... it has a H-D suspension and good transmission - has the police style "push" bar and spot-light ... it features all-wheel drive / pushbutton 4X4 high/low ... nice grey leather interior - and rear seat folds down so it can haul a lot of stuff - sports a 2" reese hitch too !
this truck runs good - has a good exhaust , excellent tires and brakes (spare is brand new!) , recent alignment, new rear tracking bars - everything works - power windows , seats , locks , heat , even the A/C !!! Drives and rides very nicely .... I've owned this truck for a couple of years now - before that I had another expedition - but finally got myself a brand new Expedition (we love 'em!) - so this one must be sacrificed - always well maintained and adult driven ... Ford's struggles in China continue as November sales drop 8 percent
Mon, Dec 11 2017Ford's sales in China fell 8 percent in November from a year ago, following a 5 percent decline in October, the U.S. automaker said on Monday. The firm's sales in the first 11 months of the year totaled 1.06 million vehicles, down 6 percent from the same period a year ago. Ford's China sales growth has lagged behind rivals in the world's top auto market this year, with the carmaker now looking to overhaul its strategy to revive growth in China under new chief executive Jim Hackett. Among other moves, the review of its China operations will likely see Ford focus on segments such as electric cars and electric commercial vans, with China encouraging to help clean up its polluted and congested city centers. Ford is looking to roll out more new-energy vehicles for China and is planning to experiment with a more direct selling approach in a partnership with Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. Ford Mustang to get four-cylinder in Europe, but not US
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Fans of the Ford Mustang SVO, which was produced from 1884 through 1986 with a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine and a manual transmission, may be interested to know that Ford is reportedly going to introduce something similar for 2015. But don't get too excited if you live in the US, as Edmunds reports that the vehicle will be offered in Europe only. Boo!
According to the report, Ford will put a version of its EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder into the engine bay of the Mustang. The engine would be enlarged from its current 2.0 liters to 2.3 liters, taking horsepower from 252 to around 300. The well-known 5.0 V8 engine will also be available in Europe.
"The Mustang is uniquely Ford and has a huge fan base here in Europe. Now those fans have something to look forward to and we look forward to providing more details in the near future," says Ford of Europe CEO Stephen Odell. That's great... but why not offer buyers in the States the (likely) fuel-efficient turbo option, too?
