2000 Excursion 4Wheel Drive 7.3liter v-8 diesel engine in excellent condition. It's extremely clean from the leather to the original paint, no accidents and completely rust free since it has spent all it's life in the dry southwest. The reliable 7.3 powerstroke is in excellent condition with no issues, the transmission and four wheel drive and the differentials are in great condition, cold a/c, and very clean interior with no odors. In 2009 the state of New Mexico issued a not actual mileage remark to the title of this vehicle, New Mexico will do this when a vehicle is sold and has over 100,000 miles, or if the seller at the time forgot to check off the actual miles box on the back of the title. The mileage discrepancy is a clerical error, and nothing more, the mileage is consistent throughout the history of the vehicle and it's a nonissue. 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible to recreate Empire State Building stunt
Tue, 25 Mar 2014It would have been all too easy to miss the auto show debut of the 2015 Ford Mustang convertible. It was, after all, unveiled alongside its fixed-roof counterpart at the Detroit Auto Show this past January, lumping coupe and cabrio into one debut. But Ford is evidently still intent on making its new droptop stand out. The top of the Empire State Building ought to do the trick.
Automotive history buffs may recall that, 50 years ago, Ford unveiled its first Mustang convertible atop what was then the tallest building in the world, that Art Deco icon of the New York skyline. Half a century later, Ford is recreating the feat and bringing the new topless Mustang to the same observation deck on the building's 86th floor.
Getting it up there, of course, will be no easy task. While they'd usually airlift the vehicle onto the roof or lift it by crane, the spire protruding from atop the building makes approaching the narrow observation deck too dangerous, and no mobile crane can telescope the thousand-plus feet it would take to get the pony car up there.

As much as we enthusiasts like to rail on the lowly Toyota Prius as the harbinger of death for all we hold dear, there's no denying the machine's absolute and interminable grip on the hybrid hatchback market in the United States. Toyota has so thoroughly sunk its teeth into the segment that you can clearly hear the automaker's incisors clacking against one another with the conclusion of each financial quarter. And there's little wonder why. Buyers can plop down less than $25,000 and have a runabout that can return up to an estimated 51 miles per gallon in the city, leaving every other entry on the market with precious little gristle to gnaw on.
Enter the 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. With its claimed 47 mpg combined, the funky little hatch from Europe already falls behind the 48 mpg city offered by the Prius, but that marginal sacrifice in fuel economy could be a small price to pay for buyers who want a credible alternative to the stalwart Toyota. Unfortunately, like the Fusion Hybrid, the C-Max Hybrid had trouble even approaching its Environmental Protection Agency estimates during our time with the car.
