I have attached a video through you tube it is a 9:08 minute video, which involves an honest cold start.

I purchased this dually to convert into a Recreational Vehicle, HOWEVER OVER A YEAR LATER AND IT IS STILL IN THE DRIVE WAY!!!!  (WIFE SPEAKS THIS WAY ABOUT IT NOW)

I did my due diligence and found an excellent Nevada owned and operated former ambulance bus, which had its box removed and I purchased the dually.

The Truck is clean inside and out and is a 2003 diesel fires right up, no smells, no noises, just the sweet symphony of the powerful 7.3 ford diesel.

The truck has connections to run a rear ac unit, or can be bypassed, or completely removed (by wrench no welding), we were going to run rear ac vents which would have been cooled by the front ac.

The truck has 7 tires and rims, for my wife and I, I was going to change them to aluminum rims and new tires, however never got around to anything related to the conversion.

This would make an excellent MOVING TRUCK BOX TRUCK, just add your box and go.

I purchased it with a transmission leak which seems to be coming from the transmission pan cover bolt, prior to putting her on the road, I was going to replace the transmission oil pan, bolt and gasket, very inexpensive parts, new, or refurbished available on ebay, and local retailers. With fluid topped off it shifts into all the gears I have run it on the highway and know that all the gears shift smoothly, has taken nearly a year to empty the tranny of fluid, prior to delivery, after she is removed from my brand new drive way, I will top her tranny fluid off and drive her through her gears and video this to buyer.

It will need a transmission service, but as I have stated with fluid it shifts smoothly and all the gears actuate. SLOW LEAK, took forever and I will not top her off until sold, I am not looking to ruining my drive way.

I have done my best to stat the state of the truck, if you have any questions or concerns, please watch the entire 9 minute video and email me.

Updated Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator caught in new spy photos

Mon, Oct 26 2020

Face-lifted Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator prototypes were spotted in the wild Monday wearing fairly extensive camouflage disguising updated bodywork for the 2022 model year. Ford's two body-on-frame offerings (BOFferings? Nope. Pretend that didn't happen.) are both due for a nip and tuck, and with GM's fresh slate of full-sizers now available, the timing couldn't be more perfect.  There's not much we can discern from this Navigator prototype. The camo does a good job of masking whatever Lincoln has in store for the nose, but the tailgate has some discernible updates, including a significantly more pronounced recess for the license plate that also appears to be mounted higher on the hatch. This would likely indicate that the rear lighting scheme is getting an overhaul, as there doesn't appear to be enough room between the lower edge of the glass and the plate for the current scheme to be preserved.  The Expedition, on the other hand, has quite a bit going on. For starters, this prototype is not sporting the chrome-and-polish look we've come to associate with these often-blingy SUVs. Instead, we see a set of Goodyear Wrangler all-terrains on what appear to be 18" wheels, which are positively dwarfed by the turbine-style wheels on the Lincolns. Leaning even harder into the off-road theme, this prototype is not wearing the scalloped front air dam seen on other Expeditions. While it may have been removed for testing purposes, its absence (or replacement) would certainly do wonders for the big SUV's approach angle. Elsewhere, we can see what appear to be a new set of tail lights, and it would be safe to assume based on the camo that we'll see new front and rear bumper treatments.  We can also see a bit of the Expedition's interior, and there are quite a few things to note on this front. For starters, the prominent, vertically oriented infotainment screen takes after the Mustang Mach-E's unit. This is significant not only on spec, but also because it signals that the Expedition's interior will be departing more significantly from that of the F-150.  Related Video:

Subaru Legacy pitted against Roadkill project cars

Fri, 05 Sep 2014

There's an evergreen debate among auto enthusiasts about whether they would prefer to have the latest and greatest car of today or a certified classic from yesteryear. What if you had to further define that, though, and the choice was between a brand new 2015 Subaru Legacy or a turbocharged Datsun 240Z with a hatch that wouldn't close? Roadkill aimed to find out that and more in one of its best videos to date.
According to the hosts, Subaru came to them, handed over some money and challenged Roadkill's project cars against its latest Legacy. The result is every bit as good (or better) than any automotive-themed show you could find on television.
Things start simple with a figure-eight race in a rodeo arena with the Subaru taking on Roadkill's 1968 Ford Ranchero, originally built for ice racing. From there the Legacy races a 1968 Dodge Charger with no windows around and off-road rally stage. Finally, the Subie goes head-to-head against the Rotsun, the aforementioned turbocharged 240Z, through an abandoned neighborhood. Plus, there's a bonus drag race challenging them all.

TX officer allegedly lets 140-mph street racer go with a warning [w/poll]

Tue, 26 Aug 2014

Being pulled over by the police is one of the most nerve-racking situations that a driver can go through, and it's even worse when you know that the officer has you dead to rights for speeding well over the posted limit. In this video, the driver of a heavily modified Ford Mustang with a claimed 966 horsepower at the rear wheels could have easily lost his ride for doing triple-digit speeds and street racing, but a friendly Texas police officer appears to send him on his way with a simple warning.
What's more, the driver in question wasn't just speeding - his Mustang was the camera car for a bunch of rolling street races in the wee hours of the morning on a Texas highway. The driver was more than willing to mix it up in the action, too. Eventually the cops catch on and pick the 'Stang to pull over, but not before the Ford owner runs a claimed 140 mph. With only audio to go on after the car is pulled over, the police officer seems incredibly nonchalant about catching someone who was so brazenly breaking the law. Incredibly, the patrolman actually tells the driver that he's seen everyone racing tonight but ignored them. With traffic picking up, the cop says that it's time to "cut it out" and go home for the night. As far as this video shows, that was the end of it.
