This !0 passenger Braun Conversion Ford E-350 Super Duty Wheelchair Van is in great shape. The van is ADA Compliant. It had a New Jasper Transmission installed about a year ago. The engine runs smooth with no known problems.. We have been very satisfied with this van but no longer have a need for it. You can put 1 wheelchair and 8 passengers or 2 wheelchairs and 6 passengers or 10 passengers.in this unit comfortably. Tires and exhaust are in good shape. This vehicle seems to be rust free and came out of High Point, North Carolina . The interior is in great shape but as you can see in the pictures one fold-up seat has two small tears and one stationary seat has a small tear. Other than that the interior shows very little wear.. The Braun Lift is in good working order. The Dual A/C blows cold. It is in great shape for its age and is easy to heat in the winter and cool in the summer. We have owned it for one (1) year and have been extremely happy with the van. We no longer have a use for it. We have tried to be very accurate in our descriptions as you can see in the photos. The winning bidder is to pay $500 down payment within 48 hours after the auction ends. We do accept PayPal. The balance will be due on or before delivery in the form of cash or Cashiers Check. We can pick you up at the South Bend Regional Airport (SBN) or the South Bend (SOB) or NIiles (NLS) Amtrak Stationor you can take the South Shore train out of Chicago. |

Curtain officially comes down on Mercury as dealers remove signage
Mon, 03 Jan 2011The process of shutting down the Mercury is complete. Ford officially made the decision to close its mid-level brand in June of 2010. In the months that followed, Ford offered its dealers money to stop selling the cars, with production shutting down in September. The last Mercury, a Mariner, rolled off the assembly line in the beginning of October and former spokesperson Jill Wagner said her good-byes to both the car and her job. Now the last piece of the brand has come down as dealers are removing any and all Mercury signage from their lots.

2015 Ford Mustang prototype spotted on the street
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Our trusty spy photographers have snapped the first photos of the 2015 Ford Mustang prototype out on public streets. With nearly every square inch of the machine covered in heavy camouflage, it's difficult to discern details, but we can see smallish horizontal headlamps at work in the coupe's nose. Ford has made it clear that modern lighting technology will allow the company to get away from large, expensive headlamp arrays in the near future, and the 2015 Mustang may very well be the first of the automaker's products to bow with the new tech. The philosophy was first displayed on the very attractive Evos Concept.
The extensive cladding doesn't extend all the way to the prototype's rockers in the instance, giving us a look at the heavily-sculpted sills. Overall, this test car looks considerably smaller than the current generation Mustang, and elements like a short front overhang and beefy dual-piston calipers give us plenty of hope for the future model. Of course, reports that the 2015 Mustang will bow with an independent rear suspension and EcoBoost power certainly don't hurt our feelings, either.
Ford Australia pulls the ol' talking car prank
Mon, 07 Apr 2014Siri from Apple has proven that being able to talk to your technology doesn't always work perfectly. But what if it could eventually go far enough to give a personality to inanimate objects like our cars? Ford took just this path to comedic effect by playing a prank on many unsuspecting Australians, in a new commercial for its EcoSport compact crossover.
The Aussies seem very nonchalant about having a random parked car talk to them, and they seem surprisingly game when it asks them to get in, call a celebrity and tell a joke.
