Up for sale is a 2002 Ford E150 Explorer Conversion High Top Van. The mileage is approximately 108,000 miles. I purchased this van back in June of this year, with the purpose of driving myself and my family to The Outer Banks of North Carolina in August. I thoroughly went through the van and had the following items replaced prior to our trip: (4) new Goodyear RT/S All season Tires, (4) New Monroe Shocks, Front & Rear Brake Pads, Rotors, Shoes & Drums, Balljoint, Tie Rod, Wheel Bearing, and Oil Change and Rear-end Fluid Changed out. I also had the driveshaft removed, balanced and had the Universal Joints Serviced.
The trip was flawless with the van, and it drove 100% down and back. The AC blew cold the entire trip, and everything worked accordingly. There are no warning lights on the dash, and the gas mileage on our trip was mid to high teens, and that was with the van loaded with 7 people and all of our trip gear. And that was accounting for the hills of Pennsylvania. The extra features that this van came equipped with are: Rear Sunroof (This is the 1st. van I have seen with a rear sunroof), TV/DVD with noise filter, Cooler with Heated/Cooled Cup Holders, Leather interior, Mood Lighting system throughout, Rear Power fold-down seat to bed, Heated front seats w/ Lumbar, Power seats, Power windows, locks, cruise control, front & rear AC, storage cupboards throughout, rear vacuum and spotlights.
With all of the repairs and the original purchase, I am looking to recuperate my investment. I looked for one of these vans for 3 months, without having to spend $12,000 - 15,000, and this van was exactly what we were looking for. The price was right, and it was in very good condition, and with all of the new repairs, it is definitely a very nice van for the money.
Bid with confidence, and email me with any questions.

Ford's official Euro aftermarket partner Mountune coming to US
Tue, 06 Aug 2013Now that we're getting a steady stream of Ford's European offerings, the aftermarket world is finally starting to catch up as well. UK-based aftermarket tuning company, Mountune has just announced that it will be setting up shop in California to provide high-performance and racing parts for Ford vehicles including the Focus ST and Fiesta ST.
Mountune lays claim to being Ford's "official European tuning partner," and US buyers will soon have access to these parts through Ford dealerships and with a Ford Racing warranty. Speaking of Ford Racing, Mountune also says that it will be working with Ford's in-house team to develop future components for both street and track. There are no specifics as of yet for which products will be offered here, but the company plans to launch a US-specific website later this month with more information.
Ford partnering with MIT, Stanford on autonomous vehicle research
Fri, 24 Jan 2014Ask any car engineer what's the biggest variable in achieving fuel economy targets, and he'll tell you "the driver." If one human can't understand human driving behavior enough to be certain about an innocuous number like miles per gallon, how is an autonomous car supposed to figure out what hundreds of other drivers are going to do in the course of a day? Ford has enlisted the help of Stanford and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to find out.
Starting with the automated Fusion Hybrid introduced in December, MIT will be developing algorithms that driverless cars can use to "predict actions of other vehicles and pedestrians" and objects within the three-dimensional map provided by its four LIDAR sensors.
The Stanford team will research how to extend the 'vision' of that LIDAR array beyond obstructions while driving, analogous to the way a driver uses the entire width of a lane to see what's ahead of a larger vehicle in front. Ford says it wants to "provide the vehicle with common sense" as part of its Blueprint for Mobility, preparing for an autonomous world from 2025 and beyond.
Ford set to target pre-school market with next F-150 variant
Tue, Jun 17 2014How do you build a strong group of loyalists from the next generation of American drivers? You start em' young. Ford has taken that lesson to heart, as we can see in the first batch of images of the company's new entry to the pre-school market, the Power Wheels F-150. This particular example was caught returning from testing around Ford's base of operations in Dearborn, MI – covered in tiny little bits of camouflage, too. Now, this could very well end up being a collaboration between Power Wheels and Ford. Then again, it could just be some bored engineers that decided to troll the local congregation of spy photographers, who earlier today captured images of the next Focus RS and SVT Mustang. Whatever it is, it's pretty darn cool. Take a look up top for images of the new Power Wheels F-150.
