If you've been looking for a great platform to create an RV, Motorhome, Food Truck, Mobile Office, 4x4 Expedition Camper, Floral Delivery Truck, or just about anything you want, than my very clean, rust free 2000 Ford E-350 with a Mobile Concepts body is for you.

Mechanically this van runs strong. Motor fires right up without hesitation and sounds healthy through all the RPM's. Transmission shifts flawlessly through all the gears like the day it was new. Tires have about 90% tread left in the rear and 65% left in the front. Drives down the road great. Steering is nice and tight. Brakes feel good with no pulsing. Has a good PA inspection until 1/15. Underneath is nice and dry. A/C blows ice cold. Also has a rear A/C unit with two vents that you can see in the pictures. Has 6 fluorescent lights in the back. The truck was previously by a florist to deliver and create things on the go so the rear is nice and clean and ready for whatever you want to do with it. Throw the Quigley kit underneath and create the ultimate 4x4 expedition camper if you want. Just endless possibilities with this one. Had an oil change 1,000 miles ago from the Ford dealership I bought it from. Overall mechanically just a very well cared for van over the years and is ready to be driven anywhere.

Cosmetically it's in great shape as well. Paint shines nice in the sun. Van body is in great shape with maybe a door ding if you look close. Rear body is in great shape and nothing to really not other than your typical scratch here and there and also parts of the decals are starting to peel. Interior is nice and clean. Seats are in great shape and very plush. Rear area is nice and clean and wasn't abused. Underneath is free of rust. This van was taken care of over the years and it definitely shows.

Here is a chance to start with a great running and fresh van to create whatever you would like. All that I ask of the buyer is to send me pictures of it when the project is complete. If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call at 717-823-3349. My name is Zach. I am only human and may have missed something that is important to you so please ask any questions before buying. A $500 non refundable deposit is due at the end of the auction. This van is being sold by Platinum Car and Truck Sales, LLC in Elizabethtown, PA

Europe's most-wanted classic car is... the Ford Mustang?

Sat, 28 Sep 2013

Over the span of its 49 years and five generations, the Ford Mustang has held a special place in the hearts of automotive enthusiasts in the US, but, as it turns out, this car is also very popular amongst European car lovers. Earlier this summer, AutoScout24 - a new and used car shopping site in Europe - polled around 75,000 European "car lovers" (not sure how they vetted the respondents) to see which cars were the most popular, and the Mustang came out on top over iconic European classics like the BMW M1 and Volkswagen Beetle.
In the whole of Europe, 37 percent of those polled dream of owning a Mustang, but that number jumps in individual countries like Austria (42 percent) and Spain (41 percent). Rounding out the top five popular classics in Europe are the Mini and Citroën 2CV. Find out which cars made up the rest of the top 10 in the press release posted below.

Find out if the Ford Fiesta ST can match Europe's latest hot hatches

Tue, 11 Feb 2014

The V8 grunt of the Mustang has defined Ford performance cars in the US for the last 50 years, but in Europe, the Blue Oval has nearly as a long history of building some of the best hot hatches on the market with the Fiesta, Escort and later the Focus. The latest Fiesta ST has just hit the roads on both sides of the pond and has been enthusiastically received thanks to its combination of a peppy, turbocharged engine and hatchback utility.
However, Europe is getting a bumper crop of hot hatches at the moment, including the forthcoming, third-generation Mini Cooper S. Should Ford have waited to launch the ST until it knew how the competition performed? That's the answer that Xcar is after in its latest video, and it took the Fiesta to the track and some very misty, Welsh roads to find out. Scroll down to find out whether the ST stacks up.

Concentrated ST Formula Proves Just As Potent
I'm not the jealous type... usually. But I will fully admit to being somewhat of a Pouty Polly when I read executive editor Chris Paukert's report after driving the then-new 2013 Ford Focus ST through the impossibly pretty southern French Alps region last June. I feel like a broken record saying this yet again, but hot hatchbacks hold a special place in my heart. And while I'm always giddy to drive any sort of small, turbocharged three- or five-door at home in Detroit, my jealousy was indeed piqued after hearing Paukert tell about the challenging yet breathtaking roads he encountered while driving the flamin' yellow Focus. You know, the sort of roads that, from above, look like carelessly drizzled lines of icing on the frosted Alpen caps.
Several months later, I found myself piloting a Focus ST just west of metro Detroit, pitting it head-to-head against one of Autoblog's perennial favorite cars, the Volkswagen GTI. It was fantastic - enough so that I fully stand behind my statement that in terms of balls-out performance, the Focus ST cannot be beat as far as today's front-wheel-drive hatches are concerned.
