Conversion is by Sherrod Rear sofa/bed is electric. Interior is in very good condition, all leather with no rips just usual wear. All blinds work and are in great shape TV and DVD player both work I purchased the van for our Colorado trip last summer and it made for a great trip. Installed new shocks before trip and the ride was extremely nice, unfortunately no trips this year so vans gotta go. The body and wheels are all in good shape, no dents and tires are in good shape with 60 to 80% of life left on them. The only damage are some cracks in the plastic around the DVD player
