Norwalk, Connecticut, United States
96,000 miles, 5.4L V8, Auto w/ OD, Cruise, Tilt, PW, PL, PM, Privacy glass, AM/FM Cassette. Auto-locking hubs. Silver w/ grey int., chrome bumpers. All cloth seats with configurations for 2 pass, 6 pass (current config with all captain chairs), 15 pass with 4 bench seat (includes all brackets and seat belts).
I am second owner there is no sign of any car accidents and none listed on Carfax (available). I bought van in Feb 2010 with 85k miles. There are some imperfections but the low reserve affords new owner room to address these issues. There is a bit of rust starting to show up on the rear quarters (see pics) and the ABS light is on but the brakes are fine. In fact all new shocks and front brakes have less than 10k miles. When I last had A/C charged it worked fine for about two weeks, but then it lost its cooling capability, so I assume there is a leak. We only used the van in the winter for skiing so I never bothered to address. The bumper tow plate has some damage (see pic), but it was that way when I bought it (rest of bumper is fine). There is a full hitch below the bumper which appears fine, but I have never used towed anything. The rear door lock works manually but not with the power switch. I can hear it click but it does not lock/unlock. Tires are in decent shape and probably have another 10k miles. Other than that, the van is in very good condition, runs great, never smoked in and it has been well maintained.
This used van is being sold by a private individual in ‘as is’ condition and has no warranty. You are welcome to come and see and inspect vehicle. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping the van and seller will assist if possible. $500 deposit is due 48 hours after close of auction. The seller also has van listed locally and reserves the right to end the listing early. If you are serious then please call or text me with any questions. Jeff 917 374 0882

Ford Mustang GT350R adds a lot more than just a new letter [w/videos]
Mon, Jan 12 2015Okay Chevrolet, the ball is in your court. Ford served up one hell of a rebuttal to the track-focused Camaro Z/28, introducing the limited-production Mustang GT350R, complete with over 500 horsepower, over 400 pound-feet of torque and freaking carbon-fiber wheels. Carbon-fiber wheels. Seriously. It's because of those 19-inch hoops, along with some other changes, that Ford was able to slice 130 pounds from the already lightweight GT350 Track Pack. The wheels are responsible for a 13-pound reduction in unsprung weight per corner, while the removal of such superfluous things like the air conditioning, stereo, rear seats, trunk carpet, backup camera and tire inflator accounts for the rest of the weight reduction. Along with the lower weight, Ford has thoroughly reworked the GT350's aerodynamics, adding a simply monstrous rear wing and diffuser, along with vented wheel wells, a new hood vent that both extracts heat and reduces lift. Beside the aero aids, Ford has shod the carbon-fiber wheels in ultra-grippy Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, just to guarantee the shiny side remains up. View 21 Photos Ford retained the standard GT350's 5.2-liter, flat-pane V8, Torsen limited-slip differential (complete with a 3.73 rear axle ratio), although as power figures haven't been published for the standard car, there's no way to know whether the GT350R received a power bump. What we do know, though, is that the GT350R will not be limited to the track. While that's certainly its natural habitat, owners will be able to register and drive this monster on public roads. Take a look at the official press release on the GT350R, available below. And also be sure to have a peek at both Ford's stock photos of the new car, as well as our full gallery of live images, direct from the Blue Oval's Detroit Auto Show press conference home at Joe Louis Arena. 2015 Ford Mustang leaked in Autoweek
Tue, 03 Dec 2013We would have to imagine that Ford knew it couldn't keep its 2015 Mustang under wraps for too long, and with only days to go before the pony car's official unveiling, the dam seems to be cracking. SVTPerformance.com member Screamin 40th just posted some images taken of the sixth-gen Mustang prominently featured in and on the cover of the December 9 issue of Autoweek magazine.
These images show that recent renderings we saw weren't too far off. The face is just like what we saw in spy shots a few months back, but the rear of the car features some of its more striking cues. Starting with the pronounced haunches and hidden B-pillars, the rear view of the new Mustang might be its best with the ridged, three-bar taillights, a rear diffuser and the lack of a faux gas cap, which allows the galloping pony to be an even more prominent element against the black trim.
The images also reveal a small portion of the updated interior carrying over retro themes like the deep-dish steering wheel and dual-gauge instrument cluster, but it also adds some modern tech with a big infotainment displays and a clean center stack layout. No official word on powertrain or other specs, but while we can't make out most of the magazine's text, our eyes did catch mentions of an independent rear suspension and a 200-pound weight reduction.
